최근 핫이슈였던.. 700 대역 주파수 할당 관련해서.. 미국, 일본등의 주요 국가들은 모두 통신쪽에 할당을 했습니다만 -.- 안테나 이용률 7%... 거기서 UHD를 볼정도의 가정의 이용률은...... 처참한 그 한국에서 -.-; UHD를 위해 방송국에 주파수를 할당하는 최초의 나라가 되었습니다. -.- 거기에 방송&통신&재난망이 같이 쓰는 바람에 18에 해당되는 아까운 양이 보호대역으로 증발하는 더블 뻘짓..... 700대역 주파수를 굳이 방송으로 안주는 이유는 - 통신에 팔아서 돈을 챙겨서 재정을 뽑을 수 있고 - 어차피 현재 고화질 티비는 93% 이상이 통신망으로 보기 때문에 통신망 확충하는게 더 좋은 화질 보는것에 강점이 있으며 - 같이 쓰게 되면 보호대역덕에 손해보는 주파수가 많아진다는 점... 과 같은 여러 이슈가 있습니다만 -.- 한국은 - 통신사가 언플하는건 국회의원에게 안무섭지만 - 방송국이 언플하는건 국회의원에게 무서우니까 -.-.. 방송국에 분배했습니다.. 덧붙이자면 신문들이 다 난리 치는건.. 방송국과 좋은 사이가 아님 + 통신사는 광고주니까.... 라고 생각하시면 =.= 이런 중요 사업 하나하나가 그냥 이해관계랑 로비로... 현황을 무시하고 쓱쓱 진행된다는게 참 갑갑할 뿐이네요..
