백옥주사의 주성분은 글루타치온 (Glutathione) 입니다. 글루타치온 (Glutathione)  글루타치온은 3개의 아미노산 (Glutamate+Cysteine+Glycine)으로 이루어진 펩타이드입니다. 글루타치온의 작용  1. 우리 몸의 세포를 손상시키는 Free radical를 제거하는 등 항산화작용에 사용됩니다. 2. 약물의 2차 대사 작용 중에 하나인 Glutathione Conjugation 에 사용됩니다. 글루타치온이 이와 같은 작용에 관여하므로 이를 근거로 글루타치온이 주성분인 백옥주사는 노폐물제거, 해독, 미백, 항노화작용 컨셉을 앞세워 사용되고 있습니다. 이런 주사들이 다 마찬가지지만 의사들마다 의견이 다르고 효과에 대해서도 불분명한 부분이 많으며 과하게 사용할 경우 부작용 빈도도 높습니다. 보건당국에 가격 제한을 받지 않는 비급여 항목이라서 비급여진료를 주로 하는 과에서는 선호하고 가격 (1회 5만원 ~20만원, 청와대 개당 1만원에 구입) 은 천차만별입니다. 약물대사 (Metabolism)  기본적으로 체내에 들어온 약물들은 우리 몸의 수많은 효소, 특히 간의 microsome cytochrome-P450의 다양한 효소 등에 의해서 Oxidaton, Hydrolysis, Reduction 등의 반응으로 1차 대사되어 Active한 물질이 inactive한 물질로 바뀝니다. 이후 수용성이 높아지면 오줌으로 배출되고 지용성이 높아지면 담즙으로 배출되는데 일부 약물은 추가로 Glutathione Conjugation, Glucuronidation, Sulfation, Acetylation 등의 2차 대사가 이루어진 후 몸 밖으로 배출 (Excretion) 이 됩니다. 1. Glutathione Conjugation 2차 대사과정 중에 일부 약물들은 Glutathione S-Transferases에 의해 Glutathione Conjugation 되어 몸 밖으로 배출되는데 이때 백옥주사가 도움을 주지 않을까하네요. Glutathione conjugation으로 대사되는 약물들을 소개해보면 일부 항생제들이 Glutathione conjugation으로 대사되어 몸 밖으로 배출 (Excretion) 됩니다.  타이레놀 (acetaminophen) 은 Glutathione Conjugation, Glucuronidation 둘다 관여되네요.  도파민 등의 monoamine이 Glutathione Conjugation로 대사됩니다.  2. Glucuronidation UDP-Glucuronosyltransferases에 의해서 발생하는 Glucuronidation에 의해서 일부 마약과 진정-수면제, 마취제들이 2차 대사가 되어 몸 밖으로 배출됩니다. 벤조디아제핀 (Benzodiazepine) 계 약물  모르핀계 마약  프로포폴  따라서 적어도 자낙스를 포함한 벤조디아제핀약물, 모르핀계 마약, 프로포폴은 Glucuronidation으로 대사되므로 Glutathione Conjugation 관여 될 것으로 여겨지는 Glutathione 이 주성분인 백옥주사는 이 약물들 대사나 해독에는 그리 큰 효과가 없을 것 같네요. 그래도 백옥주사를 고집했다면 전문가의 의견을 따르지 않고 비전문가, 약쟁이들이 또 억지를 부려서 시중의 낭설에 따라 백옥주사가 마약 해독에 도움이 된다고 굳게 믿고 의료진에게 구입을 지시하고 무조건 주사하라고 하진 않았을까 하네요. 한참 동안 이 나라의 시스템이 전문가들의 의견은 무시되고 비선라인의 어떤 무식한 아줌마에 의해서 비상식적으로 돌아가고 있었으니 백옥주사를 마약해독을 위해 구입했다는 추론은 충분히 가능하다고 봅니다. 이 정권의 말도 안되는 일들은 비선라인을 도입하면 거의 대부분 쉽게 퍼즐이 풀립니다.
