 11월의 책 독서모임 11월에 함께 읽으실 책은 조슈아 넬먼의 ‘사라진 그림들의 인터뷰’ 입니다. 그림을 둘러싸고 벌어지는 미술계의 은밀하고도 교묘한 거래 현장 아서 엘리스 상 베스트 논픽션 크라임 분야 수상 치밀하고 집요한 취재로 만들어 낸 뛰어난 미술 저널리즘 이 책은 미술품 도난 세계와 밀접한 사람들과 인터뷰를 통해 점점 심각해지고 있는 미술품 절도 문제를 해결할 수 있는 가능성을 제시한다. 하나는 미술관, 갤러리, 옥션 하우스, 컬렉터들이 협력하여 도난 미술품 리스트를 공유하는 것이고, 다른 하나는 미술품 수사 인력을 확충하여 수사를 오랜 기간 이어 나갈 수 있게 하는 것이다. 미술품은 값비싼 물건이기 때문이 아니라 우리의 정체성을 오롯이 담고 있는 문화유산이기에 지켜야 하는 것임을 이 책은 이야기하고 있다. -Yes 24 홍자넷 회원분들 모두에게 공개된 독서모임으로 한 달에 한 권 정도의 책을 각자 읽으시고, 월말에 함께 줌으로 책에 대해서 이야기해 볼려고 하는 취지로 진행합니다. 완독을 목표로 하며 아주 느리게 진행하는 독서모임이니 부담없이 참여하시길 권합니다. 1.진도: 각자 진도를 정하셔서 읽으시면 좋을 듯합니다. 2. 리뷰: 책을 모두 읽으신 홍차넷 회원분들은 홍차넷 티타임, 매월 마지막주에, 이 글 아래에 책 소감에 대한 리뷰 내용을 댓글로 달아주시면 됩니다.
