 짤은 옆동네 유머게시판에서 퍼왔습니다. 저는 16군번으로 탄약보급소, 약칭ASP에서 군생활을 했습니다. 보통 ASP라 하면 GP혹은 GOP와 같이 3개월 파견가서 소초근무 서다 오는곳이라고 알고 계신 분들이 많겠지만 ASP에는 그런 파견부대 말고도 상주인원이 있습니다. 탄약보급소 내에는 많게는 수십동의 탄약고가 있고, 항상 주변부대에서 탄약을 수령하러 오며 한화나 풍산같은 방산업체에서 생산된 탄약이 입고되기도 하기 때문에 보급소 내 탄약(여기에서 말하는 탄약은 5.56mm 소총탄부터 박격포탄, 유탄, 수류탄, 자주포탄 등 육군에서 쓰이는 거의 모든 탄약을 지칭합니다. 참고로 저희 ASP에서는 주한미군이 사용하는 탄약도 취급하고 있었으며 무려 MLRS도 취급했습니다.) 입출고 관리 및 품질관리를 위한 인력이 상주해야 하기 때문이죠. 물론 장교 및 부사관, 군무원들이 최종 결재권을 갖고 있으나 실질적으로는 병사들이 이 모든 것을 관리합니다. 이를 위해 탄약관리병 및 탄약정비병이 있고, 탄약수송을 위한 수송부 병력(차량운전병 및 지게차운전병, 정비병 등)이 있습니다. 또한 영내에 있는 수많은 탄약고와 그 안에 보관중인 수많은 탄약들을 지키기 위해 영내에 많게는 20여개의 소초가 있고, 이 소초를 지키기 위해 전투병력들이 파견을 와서 24시간 교대근무를 섭니다. ASP에서 군생활하면서 특이한 것들도 많이 경험하긴 했는데 (파견부대 아저씨들과의 썰, 장거리 탄약호송, 미군 합동훈련, MLRS 이송작전, 백린탄 등 폐탄약 처리, 군 사격 오발사고 조사 등등..) 이건 나중에 시간나면 다시 썰을 풀어 보겠습니다. 일단 오늘은 근무 관련한 얘기를 하려고 쓴 글이니.. ASP 상주부대 같은 경우는 위치 자체는 전방에 위치하고 있으나 비전투부대이기 때문에 시설 및 장비가 상당히 낙후되어 있고, 특히 신병을 잘 안보내줍니다. 애초에 탄약관리/탄약정비병/운전병 등 100%기술행정병으로만 구성되어 있기 때문에 지원자가 없을 시 일반 전투병력으로 갈 신병중에서 강제로 차출해야 되기 때문에 없어서 못보내주는 것도 좀 있습니다. 여튼 전투병력들이 파견와서 서주는 영내 소초를 제외한 위병소, 탄약고 진입로, 영내 불침번 등은 ASP 상주인원만으로 경계근무를 책임져야 합니다만, ASP상주부대는 부대 특성상 병력구성이 수송부 병력(차량운전+지게차운전)절반, 탄약병(탄약관리+탄약정비) 절반으로 구성되어 있기 때문에, 근무표 짜는데 애로사항이 많았습니다. 저같은 경우는 보직이 차량운전병이었는데, 짬찌시절에는 불침번이나 위병소 야간 말번 선다음 복귀해서 아침먹고 바로 운행가는 경우도 비일비재했습니다. 또 분대장 달고나선 신병이 하도 안와서 편제를 줄이는통에(1개소대 당 4분대씩 있던 편제가 1개소대당 2분대까지 줄어들었습니다) 분대장 머릿수도 줄어들어서 처음에 분대장 짬 안될때는 근무퐁당을 계속 설수밖에 없었고, 겨울에 눈오면 당직근무 후 근취도 못한채로 하루종일 제설차 운행하고 그날저녁에 또 당직근무서야 하는 경우도 있었습니다. 게다가 병 편제가 줄어드니 간부 편제도 줄어들어서 당직사관을 설 간부 숫자도 부족해졌습니다. 일이 이지경에 이르자, 주임원사가 무려 당직사관을 세울 목적으로(...) 전문하사를 모집했었죠. 참고로 전문하사를 당직에 세우는건 규정위반이기 때문에, 결국 주임원사한테 납치당해서 전문하사 달고 당직을 서게된 선임들은 졸지에 퐁당근무 서면서 당직비도 못받는 신세가 되었습니다. 그리고, 육군 규정인가에 초병근무를 1달에 얼마 이상 서면 반드시 보상휴가를 하루 줘야 한다고 되어있습니다. 실제로 GP,GOP,ASP등지에 파견되는 경계병력들이 3개월 투입 후 받는 2박3일 보상휴가가 모두 저 규정에 근거해서 받는거구요. 그런데, 저희부대는 상술했다시피 병력이 매우 부족한 상태였고, 수송부 병력+근무시간엔 상시 대기해야 하는 미군 탄약고 담당 탄약병 등 주간 초병근무에 투입할 수 없는 병력을 제외한 기타 탄약병들은 주간에 돌아가며 위병소 및 탄약고 진입로 근무를 2교대 붙박이로 들어가야만 했고, 탄약분대원의 말에 의하면 주간 초병근무는 정말 고역이었다고 합니다. 그러던 중, 어떤 탄약병 선임이 파견부대 아저씨들한테 상기 보상휴가 규정을 듣고, 보상휴가 달라고 마편을 쓰기위해 행정병과 같이 근무시간을 계산해본 일이 있었는데, 계산해보니 보상휴가 규정에 딱 2~4시간 정도 모자라게 근무가 편성이 되어있었던 겁니다(..) 알고보니 보상휴가로 인한 병력공백을 막기 위한 중대 행보관의 작품이었죠. 행정병 말로는 항상 근무표 짜서 올리면 행보관이 짜잘하게 수정을 해서 뭔가 싶었는데 진실을 알고나니 정말 소름이었다고. 이대로 끝내긴 아쉬우니 부대에 실제로 있었던 경계근무 관련 썰 하나 풀고 마무리하겠습니다. 보통 야간 경계근무 투입 시 근무투입 신고하러 행정반에 들르게 되는데, 그때 보면 당직사관이 자는지 안자는지 알수가 있죠. 예전에 정말 깡이 쎈 선임 중 한명이 당직사관 자는걸 확인한 후 위병소 경계근무중에 치킨을 시켜먹은 적이 있다고 합니다. 이걸 어떻게 했냐면, 우선 당직사관 자는걸 확인한 후, 투입하려고 막사를 나가기 전에 부대 내 공중전화로 위병소에 치킨을 시켜서 먹는겁니다. 이게 병사들 사이에 소문이 나서, 처음 실행한 선임이 전역하고 나서도 몇몇 선임들이 계속 했었는데, 나중에 꼬리가 길면 밟힌다고.. 해당 SOP(..)대로 치킨을 시켰는데 당직사관이 중간에 깼고, 마침 다음날이 토요일이라 위병소 옆에 있는 면회실 청소상태를 점검하러 내려가는 바람에.. 듣기로는 치킨 수령해서 먹을려고 하는데 당직사관이 내려오는걸 보고 급하게 면회실에 숨겼다고 합니다. 근데 하필 당직사관은 면회실 청소상태 검사하러 온거였고..ㅋㅋㅋ 결국 해당 사건으로 인하여 범인2명(위병소 초병)과 불침번2명, 당직부사관까지 싹 다 영창에 가게되었고 그 후 위병소에서 치킨을 시켜먹는 일은 없게 되었죠. 추가로, 처음 실행한 깡쎈 선임은 본인이 위병소 초병이 아닐때도 치킨을 시켜먹은 적이 있는데, 하필이면 그 시간대에 파견부대 간부들이 야식으로 족발을 시켰고, 그 선임이 위병소에 내려가서 치킨을 받아온 후 생활관에 와서 뜯어보니 이게 웬걸 족발이 들어있는겁니다. 그래서 위병소 초병한테 상황을 확인한 후, 파견부대 간부들 숙소로 족발을 들고가서 간부인 척 하고 족발과 치킨을 바꿔왔다고 합니다(...) 이 에피소드는 워낙 전설처럼 내려오던 얘기라 사실관계 검증은 좀 어렵긴 한데, 그 병사를 직접 본 입장에서는 충분히 그럴 깡은 있었던 사람이었습니다..ㅎㅎ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 윤지호님의 최근 게시물
