비도 오고 직원분들도 외근으로 바빠 혼자 있는 사무실에서 꾸벅꾸벅 졸다가 왠지 글을 써보고 싶어졌어요. :P 1. 제가 다니는 회사는 열 명 남짓한 사람들이 옹기종기, 오순도순 모여 꾸려 나가는 쪼그만(!) 회사입니다. 그래도 최근에는 (열심히 야근을 해서) 투자도 받고 잘 나가려고 하는 중인 회사지만 아무튼 작은 회사죠. 그 흔히 말하는, '가족같은 회사', 진짜 그런 회사에요. 직원들끼리 사이도 좋고, 이것저것 사먹고 이벤트도 하고 위아래로 딱딱한 분위기도 전혀 아니구요. 대기업의 꽉막히고 답답한 분위기를 싫어하는 (저같은) 사람들이 잔뜩 모여있답니다. 출근 시간은 정해져 있지만 다들 별 신경을 안 씁니다. 대충 너무 늦지만 않으면 아무도 뭐라 안하고 신경도 안 씁니다. 왜냐면 퇴근시간도 정해져 있지만 아무도 지키지 않(못)으니까... 2. 저는 거기에서 디자이너라는 역할을 맡고 있는데, 사실 디자이너란게 말이 디자이너지 일하는 사람이 적다 보니 별의별 일을 다 합니다. 제안서 연성하기 ("누구씨 내일까지 이거이거 적어서 간단하게(!?) 제안서 하나만 만들어서 보내 주세요~"), 홈페이지 관리하면서 답글도 달아주기, 각종 모니터링 하기 등등 그냥 시키는건 다 하는 봇 수준입니..읍읍.. 3. 사실, 이것저것 하는건 크게 부담스럽지 않았어요. 좋아하는 분야 일이기도 하구요. 근데 최근 너무 스트레스 받는 업무가 생겼습니다. 바로 홈페이지 관리인데요. 그냥 관리하고 UV/PV 체크만 하면 참 좋을 것을, 하필 홈페이지에 게시판을 하나 달아놓은 것이...화근이 되어 온갖 질문글과 항의글이 쏟아지는 곳이 되어버렸습니다. 와중에 이걸 닫자고 할 수는 없고 제가 답글을 달아주고 있는데 너무 힘이 드네요. 간단한 글 쓰는건데... 그냥 질문에 답글만 다는데도 정신력이 소모됩니다. 그래서인지 요새 부쩍 상담사 일을 하시는 분이 너무너무 존경스럽습니다. 4. 왠지 이대로 끝내면 뭔가 뒷마무리가 허술하니 제가 비오면 항상 생각나는 곡 하나 남겨두고 갈게요. 으허허. 민망해라. 원래 일 끝나고 집에 들어가서 헤드폰 뒤집어 쓰고 잔잔한 노래 듣는걸 참 즐겼었는데 어째 요새는 디아3를 하거나 신나는 하우스 듣기 바쁘네요.. 디아3가 패치한방에 정말 재밌어졌더라고요..
