탐라에 쓰려고 했는데 글자수가 많다고 티타임으로 넘어왔어용. 막글이지만 조금이라도 보기 편하시게 문단 수정을 조금 했습니다. 탐라에 조카랑 놀아주신 한 회원님 글 보고 든 생각입니다. 저는 교육행정분야에서 일하고 있는데, 근무경력이 3년 정도 됩니다. 하지만 계약직 경력만 있어요^^;; 그리고 20대에 행정이 아니라 유아특수재활을 전공했어요. 전국에 딱 3군데인가 4군데 있는 대학인데 그중 1군데를 다녔습니다. 나름 블루오션분야라 대학을 잘만 활용했다면 국공립 어린이집에 취업해서 준공무원 대우를 받을 수도 있었습니다. 그러나 대학을 다니면서 여러군데 봉사활동을 해보니까 저에게 맞는 자리는 아니더군요. 더 열정적이고 준비가 잘 된 분들이 많았어요. 어린이집교사라는 직군은 인싸중에 인싸직군이었어요.ㅋ 그래서 생각을 했습니다. 공부를 더 해서 교대를 다시 들어갈까 공무원 시험을 준비할까. 아니면 편입을 해서 임용시험을 칠까 그것도 아니면 아예 방향을 틀어서 처음부터 다시 시작을 할까 등등이요. 나름 괴로웠지만, 생각을 하는 와중에도 일거리는 놓지 않으려고 노력했습니다. 그게 아르바이트든 일용직이든 부업이든지간에요. 제 기준에서는 그게 마지막 이성의 끈이었습니다. 이력서도 계약기간이 끝나거나 짤리거나 자진퇴사를 하면 카페, 사무직, 편의점, 빵집, 사무보조, 공공근로 등등 닥치는 대로 넣었습니다. 뽑히면 짤리기도 하고 어쩌다 성실하게 보여서 계약연장이 된 적도 있고, 연장되면 일했습니다. 30대인 지금도 고민하고 있습니다. 계약직으로 일하고 있으니 분야를 좀 더 깊게 파고들어 정규직을 노릴까 아니면 공부를 더해서 대학원을 가야할까 아니면 편입 전의 전공을 살려야 할까. 잡생각이라고 할 것들이 많지만 하나는 알고 있습니다. 고심 끝에 내린 결과물들은 저를 배신하지 않았다는 것이요. 아마 저는 죽을때까지 고민할 것 같습니다.^^ +직업경력 수정했습니다. 너무 왔다갔다해서 저도 헷갈렸던 것 같습니다.
