https://www1.president.go.kr/petitions/589992 이 청원 한번씩만 부탁드립니다 이번정부에서 최근 비트코인 제재와 부동산 관련정책과 최근 발표한 주식양도세정책으로 서민들이 투자할곳을 점점 잃어가고있습니다 미국에서 양도세를 걷으니 우리나라도 걷어도 된다 절대 안될말입니다 우리나라는 10년넘게 박스권에 갇혀있고 미국과 달리 안정성과 성장성 등 각종 메리트를 비교했을때 무엇하나 매력적인면이 없습니다 기관의 무분별한 공매도와 정전국가의 불안함 수출에 의존할수없는 환경 등 외국자본이 들어오기에 더욱 힘겨운 상황입니다 그러나 이번정부에서 개인투자자의 희망마져 빼앗으려하고있습니다 비과세 연 2000만원까지 해주겠다는 겉만 번지르르한 말로 포장하고 있습니다 연 2000만원 내는 개인투자자는 극히소수이지만 1프로 10프로 수익으로 2000만원을 낼수있는 개인투자자들도 분명존재합니다 그런 큰 자본들이 증시에서 빠져나갈게 확실하고 개인투자자들은 내가 연 2000만원이상 인생을 바꿀수있을만한 성과를 희망으로 주식투자를 하는데 그러한 의욕과 희망마져 포기하고 수익내기도 어려운 국내증시에 투자할리가없습니다 거기다가 이번 양도세 도입이 소득이 있는곳에 과세가있다는 기본 원칙에따른거라지만 그러면 거래세를 없애고 양도세만 무르던가해야하는데 거래세는 소폭 낮추고 양도세는 20프로 이상씩 걷겠다는 이중과세는 시행하려하고있습니다 이중과세는 원칙에 어긋나는 일임에도 말도안되는 논리로 시행하려하고있습니다 또 손실이월공제기간이 독일과 미국등 무제한인 반면 그리고 대부분의 국가가 10년정도 되는 반면 우리나라는 3년으로 발표했죠 5년간 손실보다가 처음으로 수익을냈다 해도 공제기간이 3년이기에 수익에대해 과세가 일어납니다 거기다가 매달 수익에서 과세분은 원천징수되나 손실분은 본인이 따로 신고를 해야합니다손실분에 과세를 면할수있습니다 우리나라와 유사한 신흥국이자 it관련 수출의존국 대만에서 1988년 양도세도입을 시행하려했으나 증시가 단기간 40프로나 폭락하고 그책임으로 당시 책임자는 물러나고 1년만에 양도세정책은 철회하게됩니다 우리랑 다른 선진국과 비교해서 선진국따라하기만하고 비슷한 선례가 있었는데도 주식양도세를 강행하려합니다 서민들이 더 높은곳으로 올라가기위한 사다리를 우리스스로 지켜내야합니다 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 와데님의 최근 게시물 |
