홍차넷 모범생들, 안녕! 구박이어요. 홍차넷 신사숙녀 여러분들이라면 날씨가 점점 무더워지는 것을 느낄 수 있을 거여요. 역시 모범 알아차림생. 날씨가 더울 때는 무엇을 먹어야 잘 먹었다는 말을 들을 수 있을까요? 네, 바로 그렇읍니다. 냉면이지요. 그런 의미에서 저는 올바르고 바람직하게 냉면을 먹고야 말았어요. 역시 모범 냉면생. 이번에 즐긴 것은 정인면옥의 물냉면이와 편육이 되겠어요.   정인면옥의 메뉴가 되겠어요. 냉면은 10,000원이고, 순면은 12,000원이어요. 냉/랭면 값이 많이 올라서 이제는 1만원짜리 한 장으로 냉면 먹기가 참 어려워졌지 뭐여요. 정인면옥은 다른 곳에 비해 비교적 낮은 가격대를 형성하고 있어요.   내부의 모습이어요. 여의도에 있는 큰 교회와 가까워서인지 토요일에 휴무를 하고 일요일에는 장사를 하여요. 역시 모범 장사생. 미슐랭 2017, 2018, 2019에 선정 되었다고 하여요.  짠, 물냉면이의 모습이어요. 꾸미로는 오이, 무절임, 수육과 삶은 계란이 나와요. 먼저 시원하게 육수를 한 모금 걸쳤어요. 과하게 싱겁지 않고 과하게 육향이 느껴지지 않는 좋은 슴슴한 맛이어요. 면은 을지면옥 보다 두껍고 우래옥보다는 얇다는 느낌을 받았어요. 메밀 향과 맛이가 훅훅훅 느껴지지는 않았지만 맛이가 있게 먹었어요.  암퇘지편육 반 접시의 모습이어요. 한 접시를 시키면 양이 많을 것 같은데 반 접시를 선택한 것은 정말 잘한 선택이었어요. 정인면옥의 암퇘지편육은 돼지 수육에 가까워요. 편육은 얇게 저민 수육이라는 뜻이지만, 현재는 이런 뜻으로 사용하지는 않기 때문이어요. 사실 이름이 뭐가 중요하겠어요. 맛이만 있으면 그만 아니겠어요? 암퇘지편육의 부위는 삼겹이어요. 새우젓갈을 콕 찍어서 한 입 먹어봤어요. 부드럽고 맛이가 조았어요. 여의도에서 맛이가 좋은 냉면이와 편육을 드시고 싶은 분들에게 추천하여요.
