홍차넷 모범생들, 안녕! 구박이어요. 잠이 오지 않아요. 그런 의미에서 이베리코 돼지를 파는 The풍미를 소개하려 하여요.  가게 입구의 모습이어요. 여기서 몇 발자국만 더 가면 제가 몹시 좋아하는 맛이집인 마라샹궈가 나온답니다. 마라샹궈의 포스팅은 여기 ( https://new.redtea.kr/?b=17&n=764 ) 를 참조하시면 되겠어요.   이베리코 돼지는 도토리를 먹고 자라는 최상위 1% 돼지라고 하여요. 여기서 우리는 이베리코 돼지 녀석이 굉장한 모범 돼지생이라는 것을 알 수 있어요. 저희는 이베리코 모둠을 주문하였어요. 이베리코 모둠은 꽃목살, 갈비살, 항정살, 스페셜 삼겹살 모두가 나오는 아주 올바르고 바람직한 구성이어요.  밑반찬의 모습이어요. 정갈하게 나온답니다. 오이, 무 장아찌, 명이 나물, 연두부, 무쌈, 김치와 샐러드가 나와요. 오, 이런 맙소사. 그런데 말입니다, 여러분. 샐러드 소스가 발사믹 소스였어요. 저는 발사믹 소스를 싫어하는데 채소를 즐겨 먹기로 마음 먹은 모범 채소생이기 때문에 조금이나마 섭취하였어요.  짠, 아름다운 이베리코 모둠의 모습이랍니다. 맨 위에 갈빗대가 있고 꽃목살, 스페셜 삼겹살, 항정살 순서대로 위치하였어요. 그 밑에 함께 먹을 새송이버섯, 양파, 호박이가 나온답니다.     가장 담백한 꽃목살 먼저 구워보도록 하였어요. 목살임에도 지방질이 많아 꽃을 붙인 것 같아요. 그럼 전 꽃구박이인가 보아요. 개인적으로 꽃목살이 베스트였어요. 기름진 맛이와 담백한 맛이를 함께 느낄 수 있어 참 좋았지 뭐여요.   고기를 먹을 때는 흐름이 끊기지 않도록 끊임없이 고기를 구워주는 것이 무척이나 중요하여요. 물론, 그보다 더 중요한 것은 끊임없이 먹는 것이 더 중요하다는 것이어요. 고기를 즐겨 먹는 홍차넷 신사숙녀 여러분들이라면 이러한 기본적인 덕목은 이미 체득해있을 것이라 굳게 믿어 의심치 않아요. 갈비도 고소한 맛이가 참 좋았어요.   담백한 부위에서 기름진 부위로 넘어가는 것이 올바르고 바람직한 고기 굽기이지만 스페셜 삼겹살을 마지막으로 먹으라고 하였어요. 그래서 삼겹살 대신 먼저 구운 항정살이어요. 항정살의 이색적인 식감이 좋았답니다. 항정살은 항정살 맛이었어요.    항정살까지 다 먹은 후 판을 갈고 스페셜 삼겹살을 챡챡, 맛이가 있게 챡챡 구웠어요. 음, 그런데 스페셜 삼겹살은 너무나도 기름졌지 뭐여요. 이베리코 돼지 녀석이 기름진 것은 익히 잘 알고 있었지만 스페셜 삼겹살은 그 기름짐이 과했어요. 껍데기를 제거하지 않아 더욱 그런 느낌을 강하게 받았어요. 바삭하게 잘 구워 먹으니 베이컨 맛이도 살짝 느낄 수 있었지만 소년에서 어른으로 넘어가는 제 과도기적인 입 맛이에는 그리 인상 깊지 않았어요. 다양한 부위를 즐기고 싶은 분들에게는 모둠을 추천하지만 한 부위만을 추천하라시면 꽃목살이를 추천하겠어요. 두 번 드세요. 마이쪙, 꽃목살 마이쪙.  - 위치 : 서울 종로구 자하문로 31-4 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 4 |

베요타는 목살은 훌륭한데 삼겹살이 온통 기름투성이라 상품가치가 떨어지는 문제가 있습니다. 삼겹살에 한정하면 그린라벨 고기가 훨 낫습니다. 도토리를 덜 먹어서 기름기가 덜 오른 친구라서 살이 붙어 있거든요.
나중에 이베리코 사드실 일이 있다면 베요타냐 세보 데 캄포냐 확인해 보시고 베요타라면 삼겹살은 빼고 주문하세요. 저 형태의 삼겹살은 특정 가게의 문제가 아니라 베요타 자체의 문제입니다.
