 맛집 게시판에 몇 번 올라왔던 광화문국밥입니다. 새로운 곳을 소개하고 싶었으나 저는 가던데만 가고 새로운 도전을 두려워하는 아싸 혼밥러이므로 맛집을 잘 모릅니다.;; 간만에 냉면이 땡겨 점심때 혼밥하러 방문했습니다. 대기시간은 약 15분. 최근 오픈하는 식당들은 인공적이라는 느낌이 들 정도로 깔끔한 인테리어를 추구하는 경우가 많더라고요. 집 앞에 육개장 체인점이 생겼는데, 디트로이트 비컴 휴먼을 방불케 하는 반찬 정렬과 서빙이 매우 인상적이었습니다. 호오가 갈리지만 저는 대체로 선호하는 편입니다. 지저분한 것보단 낫다는게 제 생각입니다. 광화문국밥도 크게 다르지 않았습니다. 깔끔했지만 기계적이라는 느낌이 강했습니다. 그치만 차라리 x동면옥이나 x지면옥보다는 훨씬 낫습니다. (개인적인 감상입니다) 사기그릇에 내오는 냉면을 선호합니다. 철그릇에 내온다고 특별히 불편하거나 한건 아니지만, 그래도 대접받는 느낌 나는 편이 좋죠. 드륵드륵 긁히는 소리도 사실 썩 듣기 좋은건 아니니까요. 무겁긴 하더라고요. 국물 마실때 좀 애 먹었습니다. 얹어 오는 고명의 모습도 딱 가게 분위기와 일치합니다. 기왕이면 보기 좋은게 먹기도 좋지요. (이 점에서 x동 x지를 썩 좋아하지 않습니다. 특히 x동.. 심할땐 정말 먹던거 내온 것 같습니다) 육향과 간은 센 편이지만 우래옥처럼 히잌;; 할 정도는 아닙니다. 전체적으로 잘 어우러진다는 느낌이 들더라고요. 인테리어와 맛이 딱 일치합니다. 한 단어로 표현하면 '정갈'이 되겠네요. 업계 스탠다드로 삼기 좋은 맛이라고 생각합니다. 메밀향이 좀 덜해서 아쉬웠는데, 다음에는 순면으로 한번 먹어볼 생각입니다. '적어도 이 정도는 해 줘야지' 를 보여주는, 좋은 평양냉면집이라는 생각이 들었습니다. 최근 업계 큰손들에 의해 새로운 평양냉면 가게들이 꽤 생겨나는 추세인데요. 신진세력들 때문에 노포들이 설 자리를 잃어간다는 의견들이 있지만 저는 그 터줏대감 자리.. 잃을만 하면 잃어야 한다고 생각합니다. 서비스나 여타 방면들에서 개선할 수 있는 문제점이 뻔히 드러나 있음에도 개선의 의지가 없는 건 문제라고 생각해요. 일요일 휴무, 휴식시간 PM 2:30~5:30이니 참고하셔서 방문하시면 되겠습니다.
