맛게에는 글을 오랜만에 올려보네요. 얼마 전에 부산을 다녀왔읍니다. 부산 분들에게는 밀면이 그리 맛이가 있는 음식이 아니겠지만 저 같은 소년에게는 밀면은 꽤나 특색있는 음식입니다. 그래서 맛이가 있는 밀면집을 검색하던 도중 초량밀면을 발견해서 갔읍니다. 본점은 부산역 앞에 있다고 하는데 줄이 워낙에 길어서 가지 못 했고 숙소 근처에 있는 해운대 초량밀면에 갔읍니다.  제가 시킨 물밀면입니다. 소(小)가 5천원, 대(大)가 6천원이더군요. 상당히 저렴한 가격입니다. 아무래도 밀가루 면이라서 그런 것 같구요. 육수는 한약 맛이가 좀 나는 독특한 맛이었습니다. 그리 자극적이지 않으면서도 계속 들어가는 맛이가였습니다.  밀면만 먹으면 밀면을 먹을 때의 기본 덕목을 지키지 않는 것이라고 하여 시킨 왕만두입니다. 왕만두도 5천원이었읍니다. 6개가 5천원이면 개당 833.33원이 나오는데 5천원을 책정한 이유가 뭔지 궁금했읍니다. 다들 하나씩 시키긴 하던데 제 입 맛이에는 그리 특색 있지는 않았고 구색 맞추기용으로 적당했읍니다.  지인이 시킨 비빔밀면입니다. 비빔밀면도 소(小)가 5천원, 대(大)가 6천원이었읍니다. 먹어보지 않아서 맛이는 잘 모르겠고 지인이 잘 먹다가 어느 순간부터 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리더군요. 아마 많이 매웠나봅니다. 해운대에서 저렴한 가격에 밀면을 먹을 곳으로 적당하다고 생각합니다.  - 위치 : 부산광역시 해운대구 구남로 20 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 2 |
