부산역 인근(초량동. 부산역에서 도보로 이동가능)에 위치한 가게입니다. 예약을 할까 말까 하다가 예약을 했는데, 도착해보니 만석이더군요. 예약을 안하고 왔다가 되돌아가신 분들도 있었습니다. 가실거면 예약을 권장합니다. <영업시간> 평일 점심 11:30~13:20(라스트 오더) 평일 저녁은 17:00~23:00(라스트 오더 오후 9시) 일요일 점심 12:00~14:00(라스트 오더) 주말 저녁 17:00~22:00(라스트 오더 22:30) 정기휴무 월요일 부부로 추정되는 분들과 직원 1분으로 운영되는 작은 가게입니다. 직원분(은 외국인 같기도)도 그렇고, 사장님 내외는 외국에 오래살다 오신건지 모르겠지만 억양이 좀 독특합니다. 전체 좌석은 10석 안팎이었던 것 같고, 바형태입니다. 점심과 저녁 모두 코스요리를 운영중이었고 점심의 경우 2.5, 3.5짜리가 있었습니다. 3.5 코스는 광어회 타르타르+오늘의 스프+오늘의 파스타+메인요리 4가지 중 택1(습식 숙성 안심스테이크, 오소부코, 양고기 티본 스테이크, 연어스테이크)+에스프레소, 루이보스티, 아메리카노 중 택1의 구성이었습니다. 음료는 탄산음료와 이런저런 와인이 많던데 와알못이라서 그냥 그런가보다~ 많은가보다~ 했습니다. 잔으로도 판매 중.  식전 빵입니다. 드립이 아니라 즉석으로 구워주셔서 그런가 겉은 바삭하고 안은 촉촉해서 식감이 괜찮았어요.  광어회 타르타르입니다. 마법진 구루구루같은 느낌의 타르타르가 뭔지 몰라서 검색해 봤더니 쏘오쓰 이름이었습니다. 인싸행님덜 사이에서 흥한 프렌차이즈도 있는 것 같긴한데..  오늘의 스프, 설명은 해주셨는데 정확히는 기억이 안나고 고구마가 들어간 스프입니다. 어쨌거나 "고구마 스프" 같은 단순한 이름은 아니었던 것 같아요. 바닥까지 긁었습니다.  오늘의 파스타입니다. 마찬가지로 설명은 해주셨는데 잘못들었습니다. 파스타 위에 뿌려진 재료식감은 참치나 고등어 사이의 어딘가였는데 맛이 있었습니다. 다만 저는 비빔면에 가끔 동원참치를 넣어 먹는데, 뒷맛이 미묘하게 그 동원참치 씹는 식감이 떠올라서 쬐끔 불ㅡ푠해졌습니다. 맛은 있었어요.  안심 스테이크 미디움입니다. 제가 가장 최근에 먹었던 스테이크가 인터넷에서"만" 화제였던 gs25의 블랙 앵거스 1+1스테이크였었지요. 먹고 난 후에 대실망을 했던 기억이 나네요. 두개를 샀었는데 맛이 괘씸해서 남은 녀석들을 냉동고문하고 있습니다. 비교군이 말이 안되긴 하지만 맛이 있었습니다. 육즙도 보존이 잘 되어있고, 부드러웠습니다. 옆에 붙어있는 머스타드 쏘오쓰랑 같이 먹어도 괜찮고, 그냥 먹어도 좋았습니다. 스테이크 밑에 깔려있는 흰색음식은 감자를 어떻게 만든 요리같은데, 독일에서 비슷한 요리를 먹어봤던 기억이 납니다. 맛은 이쪽이 훨씬 나았지만요. 일행은 양고기 티본스테이크를 선택해서 몇점 먹어봤는데, 개인적으로 양고기보다 안심이 훨씬 낫더군요. 메뉴에 따라서 편차는 좀 있는 것 같지만, 여러번 갈만한 식당이었습니다.
