미슐랭 1성 라멘입니다. 숙소 근처에 있길래 냉큼 달렸습니다. 오후 6시부터 저녁 시작인데, 오후 6시 15분 도착, 오후 7시 30분쯤에 자리에 앉았습니다. 당시 제 앞에는 25명정도가 있었고, 저는 식사를 약 45분간 했습니다. (오래한 편) 테이블이 10개니 한사람당 35분 치면 1시간에 20명정도 돌아간다고 보는게 맞긴 맞나보네요. 가격은 900엔부터 시작하는 것 같습니다.. 자판기가 있고 영어 메뉴판이 있습니다. 자리는 좁은 편이 아닙니다. 더 많은 사람을 받...는것보다 더 기다리더라도 이쪽이 나은것 같습니다. 보통 일본의 음식점과 달리 먹을때도 편안하게 먹을 수 있는 인테리어입니다. (좀 시원시원하다는 이야기입니다. 너무 좁으면 잘 못 먹어요 ㅠㅠ) 다들 탄탄멘을 먹는다는데, 저는 오랬만에 소유를 먹고 싶어서 소유를 시켰습니다. 주로 돈코츠가 많고, 그 다음이 시오가 많아서 소유는 찾아먹지 않은 다음에야 흔한편은 아닌데, 꽤 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 이 라면집은 일본에서 가장 맛있거나, 혹은 가장 맛있는 라멘집중 하나는 아니라고 봅니다. 물론 사람들마다 맛있다가 무엇인지는 다르겠지만요.... 다만, 좋은 맛집의 기본소양인 [먹어서 기분이 좋아지는] 음식이라면, 이 집은 가장 좋은 맛집중 하나일겁니다. 저에게 있어서 기분이 좋아지는 음식은, 진한 맛보다는 정갈함과 깔끔한 맛이였습니다. 이곳은 기본적으로 군더더기가 없는 맛을 보여주네요. 이 집의 단점은 생맥주가 없는 것인데, 맥주를 시키면 병이 나옵니다. 네, 병이요... 500 먹기 힘들어서 고통스러웠습니다. ㅠㅠ - 두번째 방문. 점심은 줄이 더 기네요. 두시간 기다렸습니다. 저녁이 나을듯. 탄탄멘을 시켰습니다. 그것도 아주 매운걸로. 900엔입니다. 안 맵습니다. 짭니다. 짭니다. 하지만 맛있긴 합니다. 비가 오는 날이나 날씨가 안 좋은 날이면 줄이 짧을것 같습니다. 일본인들도 줄서다가 중간에 도망가고 그러더라고요. 네.....
