  주소: 충청남도 예산군 예산읍 천변로15번길 9 (지번: 충청남도 예산군 예산읍 예산리 210-10) 메뉴 추천: 양념갈비 이번 설날 당일에 충남에서 올라오는 길에 본 가게를 들러서 저녁을 먹었습니다. 워낙 유명한 곳이라 미리 전화를 해보니 전화 받으시는 분이 예약은 안해도 된다고 해서 그냥 찾아갔습니다. 아무래도 설날이라 사람이 없을 것이라 생각했는데 모든 자리에 사람이 있더라고요. 거기다 의자에 앉아서 먹는 방식이 아니라 좀더 바글바글해 보였습니다. 메뉴를 보시면 아시겠지만 가격대가 좀 나가긴 합니다. 일단은 여기서 유명한 메뉴가 양념갈비라고 들어서 저희 가족 사람 수에 해당하는 4인분을 주문했습니다. 양념 갈비를 구워서 대접해주는데 한 10~20 분 사이 정도 걸린 것 같은데 그리 오래 걸린 것 같진 않았습니다. 양이 그리 많은 양은 아니었습니다만 맛은 좋았습니다. 자극적이라는 느낌은 없었고요. 달짝지근하면서 고기도 질기지 않아 먹기에 좋았습니다. 제가 원체 단맛에 민감해서 저는 약간 달다고 생각했는데 저희 부모님은 그리 많이 달지 않고 좋다고 하시네요. 양이 적어서 그런건지 아니면 맛있어서 그런건지 처음에 4인분을 주문했지만 결국 9인분을 계산하고 나왔습니다. 주위를 둘러보니까 양념갈비 뿐만 아니라 곰탕, 갈비탕을 시켜서 식사를 하는 분들이 대부분이더라고요. 그래서 탕 음식은 어떤지도 궁금했습니다.
