('짬뽕'은 '초마면'이라고 순화하는 것이 바람직하나, 습관상 이하 '짬뽕'이라고 표기함.) 짬뽕은 홍합짬뽕, 부대짬뽕, 문어짬뽕의 세 종류가 있는데 홍합짬뽕이 일반 짬뽕이라고 생각하시면 되고 부대짬뽕에는 햄이, 문어짬뽕에는 문어가 추가되며 국물의 맛은 모두 거의 같습니다. 보통 중국집의 요리가 기름지게 마련인데 짬뽕상회의 짬뽕 국물은 깔끔하고 매콤한 맛이 일품이에요. 홍합, 오징어, 양파, 호박 등의 건더기가 푸짐하게 있으며 한국인의 입맛에 딱 맞는 얼큰한 국물까지 아주 그냥 밥도둑이 따로 없습니다.
