 지난 연휴간 서울 - 부산 - 대구 - 서울을 순회하는 맛집 투어를 다녀왔습니다. 먹는 것이 남는 것이라는 말이 있듯이 휴일에는 많이 먹어줘야 합니다. 대구는 여행은 하지 못하고 부산에서의 숙취를 해결하기 위해 해장할 곳을 찾다보니 가게 되었습니다. 수성못이란 곳이 있어서 갔는데 상당히 좋더군요. 마치 석촌호수를 보는듯한 느낌이었습니다. 음식점들도 상당히 많았구요. 그중 해장에 적당한 칼국수집이 보여 들어가게 되었습니다. 청와삼대는 청와대에서 조리장을 역임하신 분이 하고 있다고 합니다.  저에게는 해장에는 피자나 햄버거가 진리이지만, 같이 간 지인은 그렇지 않기 때문에 유혈사태를 피하기 위해 순순히 청와삼대로 향했습니다. 청와삼대는 청와칼국수를 시그니처 메뉴로 내세우고 있고 보쌈, 떡갈비, 낙지만두를 취급하고 있었습니다. 보쌈정식을 시키려고 했으나 평일에만 된다고 하여 청와칼국수와 낙지만두를 주문했습니다.  청와칼국수도 그렇고 낙지만두도 그렇고 점심으로 먹기에는 괜찮은 가격대였습니다. 만두는 맛있죠. 어떻게 먹어도 맛없게 먹기 힘든게 만두입니다. 만두는 마이쪙.냠냐냠냠.  청와칼국수와 낙지만두를 시키니 음식이 나올 때까지 기다리기 입이 지루하니 그 동안 먹으라고 내준 보리밥입니다. 소량이긴 했지만 밥, 나물과 고추장의 밸런스가 잘 맞아 맛있게 먹었습니다. 너무 맵지 않고 또 너무 달지 않은 고추장이 참 마음에 들었습니다.  뒤이어 나온 낙지 만두. 만두피는 감자전분을 이용해서 만들었으며 소는 낙지와 고기가 함께 들어가있었습니다. 낙지가 많은 양이 들어있지는 않았지만 씹다보면 낙지의 향과 맛이 충분히 잘 느껴집니다. 아마 낙지만을 이용해서 만들었으면 비렸을 수도 있을 것 같은데 고기를 첨가함으로써 낙지와 고기의 밸런스를 잘 맞춘 것 같습니다.  청와삼대의 시그니처 메뉴인 청와칼국수. 청와대에서 조리를 했던 칼국수라고 하네요. 기호에 따라 넣어먹으라고 날계란을 하나씩 줬습니다. 일단 날계란을 풀어넣기전 국물을 마셔봤는데, 상당히 진합니다. 해산물 베이스가 아닌 고기 베이스인 사골육수이구요. 사골곰탕면과는 비교할 수 없을 정도로 진한 맛이 났습니다. 칼국수의 고명은 단촐합니다. 고기, 계란 지단, 양파, 파 약간이 전부입니다. 상당히 진한 육수와 면이 잘 어우러져 해장에 제격이더군요. 대구에 거주하신다면 한 번 가보는 것도 나쁘지 않을 것 같습니다.  - 위치 : 대구 수성구 용학로 138 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |

서문시장 보리밥집을 가 보면 보리밥에 각종 나물을 넣어서 비벼 먹습니다.
보리밥집 옆에는 칼국수집이 있어서 같이 내어주는 집도 있는 것 같구요.
강된장에 보리밥을 내어주는 대백칼국수도 있지요.
사골국물 칼국수는 안동국시에서 시작된 것이라고 보면되는데,
대구의 본가 안동국시, 서울은 삼호물산 근처 '소호정'이 유명하지요.
