 노량진 구석에 허름한 집입니다. 번화가와 멀찍이 떨어져 있기때문에 찾아가기 힘든 편입니다.  테이블도 몇개없습니다. 3~4개가 전부. 그래도 숨겨진 맛집이라 학생들이 많이 찾아오는 편입니다. 자리가 없어서 열분정도가 오셨다가 예약석때문에 돌아가시더군요. 운영하시는 분들은 전부 중국분이십니다. 맥주는 주로 칭따오와 하얼빈을 취급하고 남자분이 주방에 계실땐 가끔 술 추천도 해주십니다. 메뉴판에 있는 선원을 마셨는데 괜찮더군요.  불은 숯불을 사용합니다. 양꼬치집의 맛은 고기 질과 무엇보다 지방과 고기의 비율이 좌우하는데 밸런스를 잘잡은 편입니다.  꿔바로우도 괜찮습니다만 다른 집에 비해 신맛이 약하고 단맛이 강한 편입니다. 이 점은 호불호가 갈리더군요.  사실 이 집의 최대 강점은 온면입니다. 중국식 양꼬치집이라면 대부분 취급하는게 이 온면인데요. 가게에 따라 어떤 것은 라면에 가까운 것이 나오기도 합니다.  이 곳이 제가 다녀본 곳 중 온면이 가장 맛있는 곳입니다. 칼칼하고 담백함이 절묘하게 어우러져있고 기름을 많이 사용하지않아 뒷맛이 깔끔합니다. 고기가 적당히 들어가있어 가벼워지기 쉬운 밸런스를 잘잡은 것도 장점입니다. 제 앞에 지인이 폭풍 흡입하고있군요. 사실 양꼬치집이라는게 스타일이 비슷하고 특별한 솜씨가 필요없어 거의 평타정도 치는 경우가 많습니다. 무언가 다른 집과 차별화를 주려면 디테일을 줘야되죠. 만주 양꼬치집 같은 경우는 꼬치에 고기와 지방의 적절한 비율과 시원한 맛의 온면이 강점이라고 생각되는 집입니다.  - 위치 : 서울 동작구 장승배기로27길 13 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |
