  위치: 서울 강남구 언주로170길 22 지하1층 유튜버, 승우아빠가 오픈한 레스토랑입니다. 시즌마다 메뉴를 갈아엎기 때문에 어떤 음식을 추천해야할지 모르겠습니다. 개점이후 지금까지, 예약하기가 쉽지 않기에 방문할 수 없었지만, 운이 좋게 기회가 와서 평일 1인 점심 예약하여 방문했습니다. 소보로 파스타, 제육소스 웰링턴(크리스마스 메뉴), 깻잎 모히또를 주문했으며, 중간에 기네스 드래프트도 추가했습니다. 오픈한지 이제 2년이 다되가는 시점에, 이제 오픈 빨 없이 진짜 음식을 경험할 수 있지 않을까 기대도 했습니다. 추천: 소보로 파스타 승우아빠에 대한 팬심이 있어 제가 호의적일 수도 있겠으나, '이 도산공원거리에서 이 가격에, 이정도 양으로, 이 맛이라니 대단하다'라는 것이 저의 평가입니다. 1. 나름 음식이 빨리 나옵니다. 제가 주문하면서 '웰링턴은 좀 손이 가니까 같이 주문하면 웰링턴은 한참뒤에 나오겠지?' 생각했는데 파스타가 약 8분 정도 걸렸고, 웰링턴이 약 11분 정도 걸렸습니다. 그래서 비스트로 느낌으로 먹을 수 있겠다 싶었던 계획이 무너졌죠. 2. 양이 많습니다. 다시 오기 힘들다고 생각해서 저는 나름 과하게 시킨 감이 없지 않습니다만, 접시에 담긴 양이 많다고 느꼈습니다. 그럴리는 없겠지만, 다시 가벼운 마음으로 온다면 3인의 메뉴 2개 꼴로 시키고 음료를 시킬 것 같습니다. 3. 무난하게 맛있습니다. 짠맛과 감칠맛이 좀 쎈 편이라고 느꼈습니다만, 그래도 맛있습니다. 음식을 입에 넣을수록 여기는 소스를 맛있게 만드는구나라고 생각했습니다. 이런 느낌이라면 메뉴를 계속 리뉴얼해도 항상 어느 정도 평타이상은 치겠구나 싶더라구요. 음료수는 호불호가 있다고 하던데 저는 만족했습니다(가격은 음료수치고는 좀 사악했습니다). 특히나 소보로 파스타는 보여지는 식재료부터 소스까지 개인적으로 '이 가격에 이러한 맛이?' 감탄이 나오는 구성과 맛이었습니다. 웰링턴은 아무래도 약간 간소화 버전이라서 그런지 기대했던 맛은 아니었는데(오히려 약간 실망?) 소스가 맛있어서 역시 맛있게 먹었습니다. 4. 직원분들이 묘하게 고급지게 친절합니다(?). 분명 이 식당은 고급 레스토랑, 파인다이닝은 아니거든요. 하지만 매니저부터 시작해서 서빙해주시는 분들까지 거기서 받을 수 있는 인상, 서빙 방법, 태도가 보입니다. 그렇다고 그 수준으로 막 각잡고 대하시는 그런건 아니고. 이게 좋으면서도 긴장을 준다고 해야하나? 여담: 1인 손님이 꽤 있었으며, 저처럼 메뉴 두 개 이상 시키시는 분도 어느 정도 보였습니다. 아무래도 이번 아니면 다시 오기 힘들다고 생각해서 저처럼 각잡고 오신 것이 아닐까 싶습니다 (그래서 좀 조용한가?). 메뉴가 전반적으로 실험적이면서 어느정도 예상가능한 맛의 음식들로 이루어져있습니다. 이 레스토랑의 실험정신은 약간 광기가 있다고 해야하나? 그렇다고 선은 넘지 않는, 그런 느낌입니다.
