안녕하세요. 이번에 냉장고 AS를 진행하면서 생긴 트러블때문에 의견을 여쭙고자 글을 씁니다. 사건의 발단은 구입한지 2달이 되어가는 냉장고에서 정체모를 굉음이 나면서부터입니다.. (제품은 삼성 LG는 아니지만 이름만 대면 알만한 C사의 OEM 냉장고입니다) 증상을 발견한 다음날 오전에 출근하자마자 고객센터에 전화하여 AS접수를 마쳤습니다.(8. 12.수) AS시간은 알려줄 수 없고 기사와 조율하는 것으로 안내받았습니다. 그리고 그날 오후 2:30경 기사분으로부터 처음 전화가 와서, 혹시 20분정도 뒤에 방문 가능하냐고 물어보십니다. 그때는 제가 회사에 있던 시간이고 당장 외출할 수 있는 상황도 아니라, 어렵다고 하니 그러면 내일(목) 3:30 이후로 방문 괜찮겠냐고 하십니다. 15분 거리 본가에 계시는 어머니와 조율하면 시간을 맞출 수 있을듯하여 약속을 잡았습니다. 그리고 어제 3:30분에 어머니가 와계시는 상황에서 기사분께 전화를 드렸더니 뜬금없이 거제에 계신답니다.(저희집은 경남창원입니다) 저: ??? 3:30분 말씀하셨지않나요? 이후라 해도 1시간 안에는 와야되는거 아닌가요? 기사분: ...갑자기 일이생겨서요. 일정이 맘대로 안되네요. 저: (어이없었지만 참고)전화라도 한통 주시지.. 그럼 언제 가능하신데요? 기사분: 5시 넘어야될 것 같습니다. 결국 그날은 어머니도 무한정 계실 수 없는 노릇이어서, 다음날(오늘, 금요일) 약속을 잡았습니다. 오후 여섯시까지 오시기로 했습니다. 방문전에 연락 부탁드린다고 말씀드렸구요. 그리고 오늘 퇴근하고 집에 도착해서까지도 전화한통 없으셔서 제가 전화를 걸었습니다. 이때가 6:30 저: 어제 6시까지 오시기로 하지 않으셨나요? 기사분: 지금 가고있습니다 ...일정이 맘대로 안되네요. 저: 아니 늦으시는거면 미리 전화라도 주시든가 어제부터 뭐하는겁니까 이게 기사분: ..최대한 빨리 가겠습니다. 저: 얼마나 걸리시는데요? 기사분: 25분안에 가겠습니다 약속이 미뤄졌으면 사과라도 한마디 하는게 먼저아닌가요.. 첫 통화부터 지금까지 미안하단 말 한마디 못들었습니다.. 그래도 또 참고 기다렸습니다. 그런데 7:15분이 되어도 안오시네요... 이제 이 기사분께 AS받겠다는 생각은 다 사라졌습니다. 저녁도 못먹고 짜증나있는데 7:17분에 초인종이 울립니다.. 응답 안했습니다. 전화가 오기에, 25분안에 오시기로 하지 않으셨냐고 지금 몇시냐고 여쭤보니 그제사 죄송하다십니다. 더이상 이 기사분과 상대하면 좋은말이 나가지 않을 것 같아서 그냥 돌아가시라고 했습니다. 저: 25분안에 오신다해서 기다렸는데, 지금까지 안 오셨고 저는 약속시간이 되어서 이미 집에서 나왔습니다. AS 다른분께 받을테니 그냥 돌아가세요 기사분: ...........................일단 알겠습니다 여기까지입니다. 부모님은 네가 빡치는건 이해하지만 기왕에 왔는데 그냥 수리 받지 그랬느냐, 어차피 다음주에 또 시간 맞춰야하는데 왜 그랬냐 이해심이 없다는 식으로 말씀을 하시는데, 저는 도저히 납득이 안됩니다. 중간중간 시간약속이 딜레이되어서 미안하단 소리만 했어도 그냥 그럴수도 있지 하며 넘어갔을 겁니다. 근데 일언반구 사과도 없이 일정이 맘대로 안되니 하는 핑계부터 대시니 저도 꼭지가 돌아서 참을수가 없더군요. 화요일 출근하는대로 다시 고객센터에 전화해서 클레임 넣을 생각입니다. 다른 기사분으로 배정해달라 요구하구요. 제가 진상일까요?
