평소에 장트러블을 자주 겪습니다. 스트레스를 받거나 몸이 좀 안좋거나 하면 바로 직격.. 한번 신호가 오면 3분내로 화장실을 찾아서 일을 봐야합니다. 오늘만 해도 어제 수면시간을 적게 가진채로 몸을 좀 무리를 하니까 운전중에 격한 신호가 계속 와 화장실을 세번을 들렸네요. 회사에서도 잠을 전날 잘 못잤거나 스트레스를 받는 상황이면 화장실을여러번 찾습니다. 그냥 장이 약한건지, 아님 약을 먹고 치료를 해야하는건지 애매하네요.
