최근 불거진 경비원 갑질 논란, 경비실 에어컨 설치 반대 등을 보며 생각하는건데, 굳이 동마다 경비실 설치할 필요가 있을까 싶습니다. 제가 지금 살고 있는 아파트에는 경비실은 없고, 관리사무소에 담당 업무 총괄하시는 분이 교대로 상주 중인 것으로 알고 있습니다. 순찰, 분리수거 등 업무는 외부에 용역주는 것 같은데 확실한지는 모르겠네요. 미화 업무는 단지 전체 관리하시는 분들이 몇 분 계시는 걸 본 적 있습니다. 입주 때부터 무인택배함이 설치되어 있어 택배 대리수령은 시스템 자체가 없는 것 같고, 있다고 해도 사용해본 적이 없네요. 요즘에는 cctv도 잘 구축되어 있고, 경비원분들의 업무를 사실 누군가가 단지 앞에 상주해가며 할 필요가 없을 것 같다는 생각이 들어서요. 대기 인원 최소화시키고, 필요한 시간에 일시적으로 인원 투입하는 게 서로 간에 얼굴 붉힐 일이 없을 것 같습니다. 관리비 절감 차원의 문제도 있구요. 오히려 그쪽이 합리적일 것 같다는 생각도 드는데, 혹시 경비원 의무 고용에 대한 관련 법규가 있는데 제가 모르는 걸까요?
