안녕하세요 30대 중반 남자입니다 저는 어릴때부터 게임캐릭터 모델러를 희망하여 업계에 8년가량 일을 하였습니다. 현재 국내에 코로나이슈도 이슈지만, 처음부터 이 일을 오래동안 (정년, 나이먹어서) 하지 못한다는 것을 알고 시작하였습니다. 실제로도 그런편이구요(오래 일 하시는분들도 있긴 있습니다.) 평생 못하는 직업인데 경쟁률이 엄청나구요. 연봉도 다른업계에 비해 굉장히 짭니다. 현재는 회사를 그만둔 상태이고, 이직을 준비하고 있는데, 근데 정신적으로도 마음이 잡히지 않네요 이 직업으로 여기까지 인 것 같은느낌이 들어서 이직에 대한 생각이 거의 없고, 일을 한다고 해서 길면 3년정도? 더 하고 이후에는 미래에 대한 막연한 불안함 그렇게되면 30대 후반일텐데, 그때되서 전직을하면 지금 전직하는것보다 나이때문에 더 힘들 것같아. 지금이 전직 타이밍이라 생각하고 다른일을 찾아보고 있습니다. 나이가 어리진 않으니, (35이니, 조금 진지하게요;) 찾는 직업은 평생직장으로 일할 수 있는 직업입니다. (은퇴고민없이 할수있는) 막상 다른일을 (전직)하자니, 특수직종이라 능력을 살려서 옮길만한 곳이 없네요 it관련 자격증이 많이 있는데 (컴활1,워드1,컬러리스트산업기사,게임그래픽전문가(기사급),컴퓨터그래픽스운용기능사,웹디자인기능사) 경력이나 포폴이없으면 뽑지 않는 곳이 대부분이라, 전공을 살리지 못할거 같네요. 비슷한 경험이 있거나, 전직에 대한 도움될 만한 정보를 얻어보고자 글을 조금 써봅니다. 전직해서 안정된 삶을 살아보신분들 다들 어떻게 전직 하셨나요? 긴 글 읽어 주셔서 감사합니다. 은퇴고민 없이 할 수 있는 직업은 보통 망할 고민을 해야합니다..
개인적으로는 AI/빅데이터 관련 개발직무들이 나름의 천재성, 부지런함, 영어능력 등이 잘 받쳐준다면 다른직업들보다 가장 긴 수명을 가진 직업이 아닐까 생각합니다. 그 외에 전문적인 자격증을 필요로하는 직업들(세무사 건축사 노무사 법무사 행정사 공인중개사 등등)도 직업은 있겠지만 언제든 망할 수 있다고 생각하구요.. 그나마 의외로 일이 힘들고 고되고 위험한 직업+ 고수입 노동들은 은퇴걱정없이 일하는 분들이 많은데 이건 그쪽 일에 뛰어들어서 버티거나 안다치는 분들이 많... 더 보기
