https://new.redtea.kr/?b=7&n=9190 이 글에 이어서 씁니다. 오늘 정신과 두 곳에 내원해서 상담받고 왔습니다. 두 병원 다 전문의가 개원한 의원입니다. 처음 간 곳은 간단한 문항검사를 한 뒤 상담을 시작했습니다. 검사지를 보더니 성인ADHD 가 의심된다며 검사 받기를 권유했습니다. 검사비가 25만원 정도로 비싸더군요... 병원에서 의사선생님께 상담받았을때는 진짜 내가 성인ADHD인가? 싶었습니다. 의사선생님께서 성인ADHD 진단에 있어서 본인이 국내 1인자이며 TV 프로그램(생로병사의비밀)도 출연한 적이 있다 라고 하시는데.. 본인이 그쪽 전문이라서 그쪽으로 진단을 내리고 검사를 유도하는 거 아닌가 싶기도 했습니다... 일단은 당장 내일 아침에 검사예약을 잡고 나왔습니다.. 두번째로 간 곳은 일단 상담을 한 후 검사지를 주더군요. 상담 과정에서 굉장히 선생님이 공격적이라고 느껴서 좀 상처받았습니다... 우울, 불안증세이며 자존감이 낮은상태이고, 자기격려를 할 줄 모르는 상태라면서 이것저것 약을 처방해주고 1주일 후에 보자고 하셨습니다. 첫번째로 간 곳에서 성인ADHD라고 진단을 받았는데 그것에 대해 어떻게 생각하냐고 여쭤봤더니 본인이 보기엔 아닌것같다, 우울증이 있으면 원래 집중력이 저하되고 주의력이 결핍되는게 당연하다 등으로 말씀하시더군요. 성인ADHD로 보는 것에는 부정적이셨습니다. 첫번째로 간 곳은 뭔가 검사지를 통해 분석하고, 검사를 통해 과학적(?)으로 뭔가 검사를 한다는 것에 신뢰가 가긴하는데, 의사선생님 본인이 성인ADHD 쪽에 관심이 많으신 것 같고 그쪽으로 검사를 유도해내는게 아닌가 하는 느낌이 있습니다. 점심시간 때 가서 깊은 상담을 못하기도 했고요. 두번째로 간 곳은 일단 상담을 길게 했는데, 상담과정에서 저에 대해 나름 잘 파악을 하신 것 같은데 상담과정에서 어조가 매우 지나치게 공격적으로 들렸고, 또 한편으로 문항검사 같은 것 보다 말로 하는 상담으로 정신 진단을 뚜렷하게 내리는게 가능한가? 싶은 의구심도 있어서 감정적으로 꺼려집니다. 첫번째 병원에서 준 성인ADHD 소개 책자를 읽어보니 '맞는것도 틀린것도 있고 정도의 차이도 있지만 대부분 해당되기도 하는것같은데..성인ADHD 맞는건가?' 싶은데, 인터넷 검색해서 꺼무위키에서 ADHD, 성인ADHD 항목을 읽어보니 여기 설명된 것들은 내 증상에 비해선 너무 과한데? 이거대로라면 나는 성인ADHD까진 아닌데? 싶고요.. 일단 내일 아침에 첫번째 병원에 예약잡은대로 내원해서 검사를 받아보는게 좋을까요? 지금 망설이고 있는 이유는 두번째 병원에서 성인ADHD 진단에 부정적이라는 점, 그리고 비용이 비싸다는점(25만원) 입니다. 하지만 검사를 받아야 진짜 제가 성인ADHD인지 아닌지 제대로된 진단을 할 수 있으니 일단 받아봐야하는거아닌가 싶은 생각도 들고요.. 고민입니다. 우선 제가 성인 ADHD 환자라는 점 먼저 말씀드리고요. 문항 진단에 의구심이 있으시다면 가격 부담이 좀 있더라도 검사 받으시는 편이 좋다고 생각합니다. 우울증이 있어서 일시적으로 주의력이 결핍되는 거도 이상한 일 아니긴 한데 ADHD에 동반 질환으로 우울증이 오는 일도 많습니다. ADHD 환자는 중독에도 고위험군임.
증상 목록 읽어보고 애매한 건 현대인이면 대부분 그럴 거고, 첫 번째 병원에서도 검사 결과 명백히 아닌데 맞다고 하진 않을 겁니다. 별개로 일단 정확한 진단이 이루어진다는 전제 하에 병원이야 맞는 선생님을 찾아보시는 편이 좋습니다. 본인이 병원 다닐 때 마음이 편해야 하니까.
