쓰다보니 언제나처럼 길어져서, 간단하게 요약 질문드리자면, 흉터재건 시술 말고 기미,잡티, 색소침착등의 레이저 치료는 부작용 확률이나 빈도가 어느 정도인 걸까요? ============================================================================ 얼마 전에 사귀는 분 께서, 기미/잡티 ? 등등의 색소치료를 받겠다고 하더라구요. 둘 다 이제 나이가 있다보니 피부들이 안 좋아지긴 했는데, 전반적으로 안 좋은게 아니라, 그냥 검버섯크기의 침착이 몇 개 생겨서 받겠다고 하더라구요. 하지만 제가 유독 믿지 못하는 분야가 피부미용 관련 시술들인데요;; 원체 온라인 의존적 생활을 하다보니 온갖 부작용사례들을 여러 커뮤니티에서 봐서 그런 것일 수도 있겠다고 생각은 합니다. 특히, 다른 의료 수술/ 시술 에 비해서 원체 부작용/후기 들이 많이 보여서요. 게다가 제가 평생 한번도 그런 미용시술 관련을 본인이나 가족들 모두 아무도 해본 적이 없어서 더 그런 것일 거구요. (어릴 때 부터 지금까지 워낙 다양하게 아파봤고, 약도 많이 먹고, 수술도 꽤 받고 그래서 병원에 대한 신뢰가 없는 사람은 전혀 아닙니다. ) 게다가, 그냥 동네 피부과에서 얼굴 안쪽에 피지 배출이 안되는 부분이 있어서, 그리고 몸통에 뭐가 나서 레이저로 살짝 구멍을 내서 제거한 적이 있는데, 정말 가벼운 상처였는데도 몇년이 지난 지금도 피부색이 그 부분은 붉더라구요. 이건 아주 조그만 부위라 딱히 문제는 없는데, 이게 만약 얼굴 전체 였다고 생각하면 무섭더라구요. 아무 걱정없이 그냥 아무 피부과나 가려는 애인분 때문에 대신 제가 연휴 내내 검색질을 해봤는데... 피부과마다 쓰는 레이저 기기 명은 무슨 게임 아이템 마냥 매 년 새 기계 들이 출시되고, 그에 대한 광고도 온갖 기사와 블로그, 웹페이지에 도배가 돼 있습니다. 또한, 처음에 말씀 드렸듯이, 몇 개 부위만 치료하면 되는 느낌인데 괜히 자잘한 것 들도 건드려서 부작용 사례나 후기 들처럼 난리가 날까봐 걱정이구요. (보통 병원들이 가면 영업 or 서비스 목적으로 다른 부위나 얼굴 전체를 시술하는 경우가 많더라구요) 반대로 어릴 때 종종 주변에 보이던 오타모반 같은 경우가 이제는 완전 치료가 된다는 걸 보고 의료기술의 발달이 정말 좋아졌구나 라고 감탄 한 사례들도 있어서 어느 쪽이 맞는 지 모르겠습니다. 그래서 지금 10년간 보면 피부과 레이저 기술이 엄청 발전한 거 같다. 매년~2년이면 새 기계들 , 새 레이저들이 나오는데 괜히 일부 몇 개 부위 때문에 내원했다가, 얼굴 전체 시술 받고 부작용이라도 생기면 어떡하냐 그냥 몇년~10년 있다가 더 좋은 기계 + 기술이 나오면 안전하게 해라~ 라고 했다가 그딴 식이면 스마트폰이나 컴퓨터 같은 건 평생 못 바꿀 거라고.... 반박당했습니다. (실제로 스마트폰 컴퓨터를 망가질때 까지 쓰는 인간이긴 합니다 ㅠㅠ) 온갖 병원명 + 후기들이 범람하는 게 피부 미용시술 관련 내용들인지라 질문드려 봅니다.
