두어달 전쯤 항문통이 발생해, 결국 대학병원 내 항문외과까지 흘러가 혈액, 소변, 내시경 검사 등등 여러 검사를 받았습니다. 그 결과 아무 이상없다는 판정을 받았지만 여전히 통증은 계속되고 있고, 이 통증이 심할 때는 퍼져나가는듯해 엉덩이 전체가 아프다던지 몸살기운같은 다리저림이 하반신에 올때가 있습니다.(하지만 염증 반응은 전혀 없다고 하네요.) 담당 선생님께서는 최대한 마음을 편히 가지라고는 하시는데, 제가 대학원 과정을 밟고 있어서 오래 앉아있지 않는다는 것 자체가 넌센스다보니... 다른 병이 원인 아닐까라는 생각에 이것저것 검색도 해보았지만 한편으로는 그래도 기본적인 검사를 대학병원에서 했으니 담당 선생님께서 내과 진료 연계만 이야기만 하셨던것 아닐까라는 생각에 다른 과에 진료를 보러가기를 주저한지 꽤 됐습니다. 그동안 정작 인터넷에서 전립선염이다 만성 골반 통증이다 이런 글들을 찾아서 읽고 있으니 더욱 불안해지기만 하네요. 이 경우 계속 항문외과를 다니는게 옳은지, 아니면 다른과 진료를 받아봐야할지 잘 모르겠습니다. 그리고 다른 과를 받아야 한다면 뭘 받아야할지도 감도 안오네요. 그리고 계속 대학병원에서 검사를 받자니 오래 걸리기도 하는데, 혹시 다른 과로 진료받을 경우 그냥 동네 병원에서 진료를 받아보는 것도 괜찮을까요? 혹시 비슷한 사례 겪어보신 분이 있으시면 조언 부탁드립니다. 이런 경우에는 의사라도 쉽게 온라인에서 대답해드리긴 어려울 것 같아요. 저는 학생이니 조금 자유롭게 추측해보자면 정형외과나 신경외과 진찰을 말씀드려봅니다. 정형외과 선생님도 계신 걸로 알지만... 혈액 검사에서 염증 소견이 없고 퍼지는 듯한 통증과 저리는 느낌이라면 신경 관련된 게 의심되네요. 영상의학과 선생님도 계신 걸로 알지만... 영상 의학 검사를 해봐야 알 것 같아요.
조금 아픈 걸로 병원 찾기란 쉽지 않은데 이미 진료도 여러 차례 보신 걸로 보면 견디기 힘드신 상황 같으니 헛걸음 같아도 다른 과 진료 보시고 원인을 꼭 찾길 바랍니다.
