 방학맞이 단기알바를 찾고있는데 조건에 맞는 알바는 거의 없더라구요. 물론 물류업이야 구하자면 많은데 부모님께선 거기가면 돈버는게 아니라 다친다고 하지 말라고 하시고 경험해본 친구들도 다 (절레절레..도망가..) 반응이 좋지 않길래 생각도 안하고 있습니다만.. 이런 공고가 올라왔는데 배민마켓이란 곳이 대충 배민에서 운영하는 배달전문편의점(간이물류센터+라이더)으로 알고있습니다. 편의점에서 근무하고 있기도 해서 적응은 어렵지 않을 것 같은데. 생각보다 대우가 괜찮아서 의심이 갑니다(주휴/야간/교통비등).물론 배민같은 대규모기업은 이런걸 지켜야해서 그런 것 같긴한데. 파트타임근무기준 평일근무 1회 4시간(주20시간)입니다. 아직 신생알바라 그런지 기존 물류센터들에 비해 후기가 아에 없어서 두렵기도하고.. 택배물류만큼 빡시진 않을 것 같은데, 생수따리 쌀따리 묶음이 두렵기도하고, 또 냉동창고에서 일하는 경우가 많다해서.. 현재의 제 상상은 그냥 입출고 리스트 확인하고.주문에 따라 옮겨담고만 하면 되는일 같은데.. 솔직히 지금 알바 구하고 전화걸고 거절당하는데 지쳐서 너무 힘든일만 아니면 근무해보려고하거든요. 단기알바로 뽑기도하고 워낙 금액적 대우가 좋아서.. 여러분은 어떻게 생각하세요?
