의료넷에 질문 드립니다. 6개월 전에 5백원이 두 개 겹쳐진 크기의 원형탈모를 발견했고, 6개월이 지난 지금 5백원 짜리 4-5개의 크기로 커졌습니다. 현재 상태는 듬성듬성 머리가 나고는 있지만, 빈 곳이 더 많습니다. 스테로이드 주사 치료를 발견한 시점부터 받고 있는데요, 궁금한 것은 이게 시간이 많이 지난 후에라도 예전처럼 빽빽하게 다시 머리가 날 수 있을지입니다. 6개월이 지났는데 탈모 부위가 커진 것은 그렇다 치고, 아직 빈 곳이 커서 딱 보면 머리에 살색으로 구멍이 뚫어진 게(...) 보여서 말입니다. 혹시라도 모근이 죽은 상태라(?) 계속 저렇게 듬성듬성 나게 될 가능성도 있을까요? 지금 동네 피부과에서 스테로이드 주사만 맞고 있는데, 좀 더 큰 병원에 가서 다른 종류의 치료법도 고민해 봐야 할 시점일까요? 걱정이 되어 이런 저런 생각이 많아지네요.. 답변 매우 매우 감사합니다! +)인터넷에 검색해보다 다음과 같은 글을 발견했는데요, 스테로이드 주사는 4회 이내로 제한하는 것이 좋다. 반복적인 스테로이드 주사는 진피가 위축돼 주사 부위가 함몰되거나 모낭이 손상돼 영구 탈모로 이어지는 경우가 있기 때문이다. 저는 6개월 간 맞아왔는데....영구 탈모....이게 지금 제 머리 상태와 관련이 있을 수도 있을까요? 걱정이 되어 질문이 많네요..답변 다시 한 번 정말 감사 드립니다..
