안녕하세요. 온 몸이 성한데가 없는 만신창이 33살 환자 입니다. 아래와 같은 증상으로 현재 회사 앞 정형외과에 다니고 있는데 시간이 경과해도 나아지지 않아 병원을 옮겨 보려 합니다... 증상 1.어느날 오른쪽 등허리에 찌릿하고 째지는듯한 통증 느낌. 잠시 몸이 마비된듯 움직이지 못함. 2. 하루 4시간 대중교통 출퇴근 하는데 허리가 아파서 허리를 굽혀 고개를 다리쪽으로 굽히고 앉아있음 3. 가끔 오른쪽 다리가 쫙펴지지 않음(뭔가에 걸린듯한 느낌으로 억지로 피려하면 무릎부분이 부러질것같은 느낌을 받음)-시간이 지나면 괜찮아짐 현재 병원에서는 아래와 같이 진단을 받고 치료를 진행 중입니다. 진단: 첫날 목 및 등허리 x레이 촬영. 심한 거북목. 일자허리. 목이 안좋으면 등허리 부위에 통증이 온다고 함. 오른쪽 무릅 초음파 검사. 무릎에 물이차고 연골판이 일부 찢어진 상태. 치료: 주5회 4주 동안 체외충격파 및 물리치료, 목 뒤 주사 및 약처방 현재상황: 2주 걸쳐 총 6회 체외충격파 및 물리치료. 2회 주사 및 약처방 받아 먹는 중 변경사유 -증세 차도 없음 (찌릿한 통증은 첫날 이후 없었지만 지긋한 통증은 계속 지속). 어쩔때는 더 심한거 같기도 -비싼 치료비(1회 방문마다 56,000원. 주사 맞는 날에는 8만원) -첫 진료시 실비가입여부를 먼저 묻고, 상당수 환자들이 오자마자 진료 없이 체외충격파 치료 및 물리치료만 받고 사라짐 이후 다른 정형외과도 한번 방문했더니 엑스레이 촬영 후 주 3회 도수치료 및 운동요법 (1회 약 9만원)을 제안하더라구요. 개인적으로 진료 및 치료를 받는 과정에서 두 병원다 실비보험 통해 그냥 장사를 하려한다는 느낌을 많이 받았습니다. 의료관련 상담을 온라인으로 받는것이 매우 어렵고 위험한 일이란걸 알고 있습니다. 그런데 몸은 등허리 다리 계속 아파오고 가는 병원마다 이상하게 신뢰가 안가니 무지한 저에게 위 두 병원의 치료가 일반적인 치료 방법인건지. 아니라면 비용이 좀 들더라도 어디에 가면 지금 몸 상태에 대해 정확한 진료를 받을 수 있을지 알려 주시면 정말정말 감사하겠습니다. 답젼에 미리 감사드립니다. 그리고 모두 편안한 밤 되시길 바랍니다. 척추 쪽은, 다 그런 것은 아니지만, 아무래도 시술이나 물리치료 등으로 돈벌이에 좀 더 치중하는 병원들이 있습니다. 가까운 곳 병원 추천받기가 힘들다면, 개인적으로는 척추전문 이라고 하는 중대형 병원 보다는, 근시일에 예약하기 힘든 경우들이 많지만, 상급종합병원에 가 보시는 것을 추천합니다. MRI를 아마 찍어 보셔야 할 것도 같네요. 혹시나 수술이 필요한 경우라도, 비용면에서도 결과적으로 척추전문병원들보다 상급종합병원이 저렴한 경우가 많습니다.
