| Subject | 서비스기획, 이라는 직무에 대해 어떻게 생각하시나요? |

서비스 기획은 사업기획 + 웹/앱기획의 짬뽕..같은 느낌이라 이해하고 있습니다. 그런데 서비스 기획은 어쨌든 꼭 필요하다..라고 생각하는 의견도 있고 외국에는 개발자나 디자이너가 PM도 하는데 존재 이유를 잘 모르겠다..는 의견도 들어봤습니다. 어찌됐든 잘 해내려면 개발도 잘 알고 디자인도 잘 알고 사업성 분석도 잘해야 되고 커뮤니케이션도 잘해야되는 먼치킨이 되어야 하는 것 같은데-_-;; 이걸 다 잘한다는 건 그냥 결국 다 애매하게 알게 된다는 이야기인 것 같기도 하고.. 이직 혹은 신입 취업을 준비하는데, 직무를 몇가지 정해두고 집중적으로 준비하려고 하는데 고민이 되어서요. 서비스 기획 혹은 HRD 둘 중 하나에 집중하려고 하는데, 제 적성과 관련했을 때의 장단점은 서비스 기획 장점 - 명확한 지식이 있어(개발 지식같은) 적성에 좀 더 맞는다는 것 단점 - 커리어패스를 정말 모르겠음... HRD 장점 - 나중에 해보고 싶은 일(커뮤니티 댄스 기획 등)과 접점이 있어보임, 실제로 도움이 될지는 알 수 없겠지만 일할 때 좀 더 목적의식을 갖고 일할 수 있을 것 같음 단점 - 교육이라는 것 자체를 무서워하는 적성(남에게 영향을 끼치는 일인데 이걸 내가 잘할 수 있을까;;) +인간관계의 영향이 상대적으로 더 큰 느낌(서비스 기획이 70이라면 HRD는 95쯤 되는 느낌...?) 회사에 대한 충성심이 좀 더 커야 함 현실적으로 장단점은 서비스 기획 단점 - 자리가 별로 없음 HRD 장점(?) - 자리가 별로 없으나 서비스기획보다는 많음 이직할 때 좀 더 유리함(인사팀은 어딜가나 있으니까...?) 음..그리고 홍차넷에는 개발자분들도 꽤 계시는 것 같아 서비스기획에 대해 어떻게 생각하시는지 여쭤보고 싶습니다. - 커리어패스는 기획자로 쭉 가거나, 프로젝트 매니저로 가기도 합니다. 주관적 의견으로는 프로젝트 매니저가 좀 더 커리어 전망이 밝아 보이네요.
- 서비스 기획 직무는 처음부터 중견기업 이상을 가는 것은 어려울거 같으면, 에이전시에는 꽤 자리가 있을수 있습니다. (고생은 많겠지만 ㅡㅠ)
- 제가 이 직무에 있어서 그런지 몰라도, 어느정도 회사 규모가 있는 곳에서만 뽑는 ... 더 보기

- 저는 기획이 아니라 운영 직무 일을 하다가 기획 직무로 넘어갔습니다.
- 해외에도 프로덕트 매니저라고 기획자 직무 비스무리한 직무가 있습니다.
- 기획은 뭐든지 잘하는 먼치킨 같기도 하지만, 이도 저도 아닌 직무에 더 가깝습니다.다. 다 잘하는 사람은 확실히 드물어요. 논리나 시장성으로 설득하기도 하지만, 개발 가서는 디자인 논리를 들이밀고, 디자인 가서는 개발 논리를 들이미는 박쥐같은 모습을 보이기도 합니다.
기획자 포지션에 관심있으면,
스크럼/에자일 같은 것도 공부하면 도움이 될듯 싶습니다.
