아는 여성분이 혼자 살고 있는데 어젯밤 12시 넘어서 모르는 사람이 한시간 가량이나 계속 도어락을 눌러서 많이 놀랐다고 하네요. 저는 조금 전에야 알게 된 상황이구요. 경찰에 신고를 해서 잡기는 했는데 술취해서 그런 것이고 아무일 없지 않았냐면서 그냥 돌려보냈다고 합니다. 같은 단지 주민이라고는 하는데 더 이상의 정보는 얻지 못했구요. 단순히 술이 취해서 그랬다고 하기에는 누구냐고 물어봤을때 경비라고도 하고 오빠라고도 했다는게 마음에 걸립니다. 이런 때에 제가 취할 수 있는 조치가 뭐 없을까요? 일단 어제 출발했다는 지구대에 가서 뭐라도 좀 물어보려고 하는 중입니다. 집 앞에 CCTV 설치하는 게 좋겠지만, 아파트 공용 부분에 입주민이 개인적으로 CCTV 설치하는 것은 개인정보 보호법에 걸리는 면이 있죠. 아니면, 진짜 CCTV가 아닌 모조 CCTV 현관 앞에 설치하고, 촬영되고 있다는 안내문(경고문?) 부착해두는 방법은 어떨까 싶네요.
경비원이 상주하는 아파트면, 경비원에게 빨리 연락할 수 있는 수단을 찾아두는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 꺼려하는 분들도 있겠고, 로테이션이 있어서 곤란한 부분도 있겠지만, 저 같은 경우는 로비 경비원 두 분의 휴대폰 번호는 가지고 있습니다. 인터폰 보다는 이게 확실할 때가 종종 있어서.
