시험을 약 2달 정도 앞둔 수험생입니다. 서울 고시원에서 혼자 생활하고 있습니다. 올해 대충 상황이 어떻냐면 밤 낮이 바뀐 상황이 몇번 있다가 이번에 또 다가왔네요. 외로움도 타고요. 상반기에는 그나마 늦게 군대를 하려던 친구가 있어서 그 친구에게 마음을 터놓고, 스트레스를 풀던 하나의 창구였습니다. 근데 8월에 그 친구는 군대가고 없어요. 100일 쯤에는 각성해서 잘 하다가 또 다시 이 시기쯤 되니 마음이 우울하고 무기력해지네요. 요 2주일간 2 3일 정도 공부하고, 3 4일은 무기력하게 고시원 침대에 폰을 보며 누워 있거나 그래요. 항상 불안해 하면서도요. 작년에 소수점 차이로 떨어진 시험이라 올해로 3번째로 도전하며 서울에 올라왔습니다. 곧 30대로 접어들고 스스로에 대한 책임도 가지고 있지만은 아무 생각 없이 멍하게 스트레스 받으면서 공부 외에 다른 것을 하네요. 마치 이 상황에서 도피라도 하듯이요. 가끔 어떨 때는 수험생 우울, 자살 이라는 단어도 인터넷에 검색하면서 그래요. 너무 우울한 얘기인 것 같고 공부하고 번듯한 직장을 찾을 나이인데 이런 치부를 드러내는 것이 스스로에게 부끄럽다고 고민하다가 여기에 올려보네요. 그래도 긍정적인 것은 : 작년보다는 전반적으로 내용이해가 빠르고 익숙하다는 점이네요. 시험 직전의 우울함은 어떻게든 공부를 더 밀어넣는 수밖에 없는 것 같아요 ㅠㅠㅠ 장기적인 우울함이라거나 시험 직전이 아니라면 다른 방법이 많이 있겠지만
우울하고 무기력할수록 더더 공부하는 방법 버티는 방법밖엔 없는 것 같습니다
