혹시나 저격을 맞을까 너무 걱정하고 글을 지우고 탈퇴하였습니다만 여러분들의 지혜로운 말씀 듣고 싶어 다시들어와 조금 덜 구체적으로 바꾸어 다시 올립니다(꾸벅) 안녕하세요 제 상황을 다 말씀듣릴테니 현실적인 조언, 촌철살인 조언 부탁드립니다.. 저는 서울 중상위권 상경계를 졸업한 31살 4대은행 본사 4년차 근무중인 행원입니다. 연봉은 현재 7000초반 받고 있고 돈은 열심히 모아서 9000만원정도 됩니다. 현재 가족과 함께 살고 있습니다. 저는 다음과 같은 이유로 금융공기업으로 신입을 준비해보려하는데 어떻게 생각하시는 지 궁금합니다 제가 일을 그만두고 금융공기업으로 신입이직 해보려는 이유는 크게 3가지입니다. 첫째, 은행원은 전문성이 없습니다. 그냥 제너럴리스트입니다. 본부부서라서 그나마 지점행원들때보다 조금 더 나은것이지, 금융감독원 지침에 따라 은행원은 최대 5년 최소 3년마다 다른부서를 돌아야 합니다. 하나만 20년 파고 싶은데 제도 상 그렇지 못합니다. 그러다보니 나이가차면 이직하기가 불가능해지고 정년이되고나면 마치고나서 할 수 있는게 없습니다 정년되셔서 퇴사하신분들 3억정도 퇴직금받고 나가서 뭐하시나 보았더니 음식장사 하시거나 하다가 망해서 그냥 집에서 쉬십니다.. 저는 이렇게 살기는 싫습니다.. 둘째, 저는 돈이 많이 필요없는 사람이었습니다. 사기업이다보니 일하다가 잡일들하면서 시간이 훌쩍 가버려있다던가 하면서 현타가 왔을때 내가 뭘위해 이 스트레스 받아가며 일하고 있나. 돈때문에 이렇게 해야하나 싶습니다.저는 돈 많이 필요없습니다. (저도 돈 많이 필요할 줄 알았는데 월급 400받으면 250~300저축하고 100~150씁니다.) 셋째, 금융공기업 준비를 제대로 못해본것이 아쉽습니다. 취준당시에는 불안하다보니까 원서를 40군데 정도 난사하였습니다.. 그러다보니 생각지도 않게 서류가 30군데가 되어버리고, 되고나니까 금융공기업 가기위한 필기준비가 소홀해지고, 서류된곳들 면접들 최대한 다 가다보니 서로 서로 면접일자 겹쳐서 엄청 바빠지다가, 결국 금융공기업은 안되고 은행 3군데랑 대기업 5군데가 되어서 그나마 실적압박없다길래 여기로 왔는데 후회가 됩니다.. 부모님은 제가 은행 본사까지 오게되었다고 외제차까지 사주시고 곧 결혼만하면 되겠다고 하십니다.. 저는 제가 은행 이렇게 50살까지 앞으로 20년넘게 후회남기면서 전문성도 못쌓고 그냥 다녀야 하는건가.. 앞으로 조금씩 정년늘어나면 30년가까이 다녀야될거같은데 내가 정말 그냥 이렇게 고인물마냥 이대로 여기 있어야 되는건가 생각해보면 너무 답답합니다.. 제가 금융공기업 필기준비를 다니면서 시도를 해봤는데 일하면서는 준비하기가 굉장히 어렵습니다..공부자체도 휘발성이 좀 강해서 마음먹고 정리해나가며 회독 높여야 하는데 일주내내 일에 치여 하루 두시간밖에 못하고 토일요일 합해서 20시간 정도 밖에 못하니까 너무 답답합니다.. 일주일 나한테 통으로 주면 일하는 시간만큼만 공부해도 들어갈수 있을것같습니다. 백업플랜은 9급공무원입니다. 일그만두고 2년준비해보고 안되면 1년정도 세계여행다녀와서 나이제한 없는 9급시험치려고 합니다. 아직 취준하는 제친구들은 미친짓아니냐, 지금 취준시장 얼어붙다못해 박살난거 모르냐, 공부잘하는 애들도 애매해서 요즘은 로스쿨가고 회계사공부한다 그냥 다녀라 라고 하고 그 중 한친구는 돈에 욕심이 많은데 돈을 기준으로 학점에 비유하였습니다 지금 니가 스스로 B0 정도라고 가정했을때 A0가고 싶다고 D로 가는 리스크를 지는게 말이되느냐 그리고 직장인 누가 자기일 모두 만족하며 다니고 누가 전문성 까지 바라면서 다니냐 그냥 다녀라 합니다.. 취직한 친구들은 인생길다.. 후회남을거같으면 정신 단단히 먹고 해보라고 합니다 제인생의 결정, 제가 하는것임을 인지하고 있습니다. 다만 저는 최대한 인생선배님들의 조언을 들어보고자 글을 씁니다. 여러분들은 어떻게 생각하시나요.. 부디 욕만 하지마시고 말씀해주세요..어떤말씀이라도 감사히 받겠습니다.
