안녕하세요. 부분적인 영상의 인코딩을 하려고 하는데 인알못이라 지식이 많으신 분들의 도움을 받고자 질문 글을 올려봅니다. 제가 가지고 있는 고화질/고프레임 영상들을 부분적으로 잘라서 인코딩을 하려고 하는데, 이 인코딩 작업에서 의도하지 않은 프레임 저하나 영상 끊김 현상이 발생하더군요. 제가 사용하는 컴퓨터의 CPU 성능이 꽤 안좋은 편인데(I3급도 안될겁니다 g3260 하스웰로 기억하는데 확실하진 않네요), 인코딩의 속도 뿐 아니라 품질에도 CPU의 성능이 영향을 많이 미치는 편인가요? 고화질로 인코딩 하려는 것도 아닌데 제가 가지고 있는 다른 영상들과 같은 코덱과 비트레이트를 주고 인코딩해도 눈에 띄게 화질이 달라보이는 것 같습니다. 미세하게나마 뚝뚝 끊기는 것도 그렇고... 아주 오래전에 깔아놓은 팟인코더로 작업을 했는데 이게 인코더의 성능 차이는 아닌 것 같고요. 혹시 인코딩을 할 때 동영상 재생 디코더와 마찬가지로 별도의 코덱 설치가 필요한건지도 궁금합니다. 제가 시도했던건 mp4 avc/h264에서 High 3.1, 4.1, 5.1로 설정값을 두고 인코딩을 해봤는데 3개의 결과물이 전부 용량이 똑같았습니다. 1KB의 오차도 없더라구요. 단적인 예시로 720p 화질에 60 프레임의 5000 비트레이트 정도되는 1분 남짓의 영상한 영상을 30프레임으로 낮추고 비트레이트를 3000정도로 주고 인코딩해도 그 설정으로 되어있는 제가 보유한 영상의 품질에 턱없이 모자라는 결과물이 나오는 것 같습니다. 언제 시간 될 때 인터넷 검색을 해보면서 각잡고 알아볼까 생각중인데 먼저 이 곳에 올려서 도움을 받고자 질문 글을 올려봅니다. 대강 검색해봤을 땐 쉽게 해결책이 나오지 않더라구요. 연휴 잘 보내시고 답변 주신 분들께 미리 감사 인사 드립니다.
