이렇게 평소에 궁금했는데 생각난 김에 적어 봅니다. https://new.redtea.kr/pb/pb.php?id=qna&no=492 위의 글에서 레지엔님께서 잘 알려주셔서 다녀왔습니다. 아쉽게도 일치하지 않아서 대상은 아닌것 같아요. 그런데 저는 왜 매번 채혈 및 헌혈시마다 피멍이 들까요? 처음에는 헌혈해 주신 간호사(?)분 께 여쭈어보았더니 문질러서 그런거라고 하더군요. 전 시킨대로 누르고만 있었는데 일단 그런가보다 했어요. 제 기억력을 믿지 않았죠. 흐흐 그런데!! 왜! 매번 피멍이 드는 걸까요? 누르고만 있을 뿐이고(안누르면 지혈이 안되겠..죠?) 전혀 문지르거나 부비적거리지 않습니다. 심지어 이번채혈은 헌혈 때 매번하던 팔꿈치 안쪽 중앙이 아니라 그 약간 바깥쪽 혈관인데 위치 상관없이 피멍이 드네요. 궁금합니다! 혈관이 덜 막혔는데 떼서 그렇습니다. 그러니까 출혈이 있는거죠. 남보다 혈관에 구멍나면 잘 안 막히는 체질일 가능성이 있고... 헌혈이 가능했으니 뭐 혈소판 부족 이런 건 아닐 겁니다만.
그리고 사실 보통 별 일이 없어서 대충 하지만, 정맥도 구멍나면 심장보다 좀 높게 들고 5분 정도 눌러야 됩니다. 너무 세게 누르면 안되고 적절하게 눌러야 하고요. 특히 멈췄나 본다고 누르다 뗐다 누르다 뗐다 하면 펌프질하는 꼴입니다.
