먼저 이 궁금증은 결과적으로 유구하고 진부한 파이어 떡밥이 포함되었습니다. 그래서 더욱 그러한 면에서 어느정도라도 걱정이 덜 되는 홍차넷에 질문을 하는것이며, 익명이 아니라 닉네임을 공개하고 여쭈어봅니다. 댓글로 의견을 말씀해 주시는 분이 전체 집단을 대변하는 것이 아님을 미리 인지하고 있으니 관계자 뿐만아니라 많은 분들의 의견을 들어보고 싶습니다. 집단의 자정작용을 말할때는 해당 집단의 사건 또는 이슈에 대하여 강제성이 제한되는 상황이 많았던 것으로 개인적으로 경험적인 통계를 가지고 있습니다. 그러다보니 이 두 집단이 떠오르게 되었습니다. 개신교의 올바르지 못한 몇몇 지도자와 성도들에 대하여 전체 개신교 집단에서의 자정작용이 가지는 한계성에 대하여 찾아보고 알아본적이 있습니다. 결과적으로는 각 집단은 서로 독립성을 가지고 있어서 제어할 방법도 명분도 제한적이라 쉽지 않다는 것이었습니다. 중앙집권(적당한 표현이...;;) 형태의 조직 구조가 아닌 토렌트(표현력 시망....)방식의 느낌이었어요. 그래서 구조적 한계가 가지는 단점일 수 있겠구나하고 이해했던 기억이 있습니다. 위와 같이 생각했던것이 문득 떠오른 이유는 신해철씨의 의료사고를 진행한 의사가 여전히 의료로 수입원을 창출하고 있다는 기사를 보았기 때문입니다. 물론 해당 건은 극단적인 의료 사고의 예이며 우리는 각자 많은 의료사고의 에피소드를 직/간접적으로 경험해 보셨을거라 생각합니다. 굳이 사고로 갈 것도 없이 과잉진료(개인적으로는 하나의 증상으로 예상되는 다양한 가능성에 대한 검사가 필요함을 알 고 있으며, 저의 의미는 단어 그대로 전문가가 의아해 할 만큼의 상업적 목적을 가진 부당 진료를 의미합니다)의 경우에도 생각 할 수 있겠네요. 길게 쓰여졌지만 간단하게 요약하면 의료인 집단의 자정작용은 가능할 수 있을지 시스템적 관점과 실효적 관점에서 듣고싶습니다. 일단 직관적으로 떠오른 생각은 개신교의 경우와는 다르게 자격여부의 박탈과 영업행위가 법적으로 연결되어있어서 막연하게 어려운 상황은 아닐것 같아서요. 여러분들의 고견 부탁드립니다!
