한살 두살 먹어갈 수록 책읽는게 중요하다는게 점점 느껴지고 있습니다. 사회생활 하면서 확실히 책을 가까이 한 사람들의 다른 면모가 보여지고, 교양적인 측면에서도 확연히 다르더군요. 늦게나마 책을 읽으려는 습관을 익히려고 합니다. 그래서 여러 책이나 조언을 들어보니 처음에는 '다독' 하는 습관을 들이라고 하더군요. 유치원생, 초등학생한테 처음부터 어려운 책을 읽게 할 수 없으니 그 수준에 맞는 동화책 수준의 책부터 읽도록 하라고 합니다. 하루에 1~2시간, 한달에 10~20권의 책을 읽으라고 하더군요. 이렇게 3개월 가량 꾸준히 습관을 들인 후에 좀 난이도가 있는 책들을 읽으라고 들었습니다. 그래서 올 한해 동안은 위와 같은 방법으로 독서습관을 만들기 위해 노력해 보려고 하는데, 괜찮은 방법인지 궁금합니다?? 또 한가지 어려운 점은.. 전공 과목이나 관심분야, 정보전달이나 자기계발 분야의 책들은 그래도 막히지 않고 잘 읽는 편이었습니다. 그런데 유독 소설은 못읽겠습니다. 읽다보면 앞에 읽었던 내용이 뭔지 까먹기도 하고, 인물들의 이름을 자꾸 까먹어서 이게 무슨 내용이었더라 싶기도 하고.. 독서 습관을 갖게되면 어려운 소설들도 막힘없이 잘 읽게될 수 있을까요??
