안녕하세요. 대학원 졸업예정인 홍차넷 회원입니다. 이번에 운좋게 국내 대기업 두곳에 합격했는데 어느 곳으로 최종입사할지 고민이 되어 조언을 얻을 수 있을까 싶어서 질문하네요. 반도체회사는 이천에 있는 2위 반도체회사구요, 화학회사는 요즘은 리튬배터리로 유명하고, 스마트폰 빼고 다 잘 만드는 회사의 계열사입니다. 저는 결혼을 했고 집은 서울에 있고 와이프 직장도 이곳 근처에 있으며 돌이 안된 자녀가 하나 있습니다. 반도체회사는 이천에서 근무하게 될 것 같습니다. 그래서 서울에서 출퇴근하게 될 것 같습니다. 화학회사는 대전에서 근무하게 될 것 같고 주거는 회사가 대전에 지원해줍니다. 반도체 회사는 회사에 아는 사람도 없고 회사에 대한 정보가 없어서 무엇을 하게 될지 아직까지도 전혀 알지 못하는 상황입니다. 화학회사에서는 제 전공을 이어나가는 연구를 하게 되는 것으로 예정되어 있습니다. 페이는 성과급 포함했을 때에 반도체회사가 유의미하게 많다고 알고 있지만 정확한 차이는 알지 못하는 상황입니다. 근무환경과 관련해서는 화학회사의 경우 거의 칼퇴근을 한다는 소문이 있습니다. 이런 상황이라면 어떤회사를 선택하시겠나요?
