돌을 앞둔 여아고요. 체중은 8.2킬로입니다. 일요일 낮에 머리가 뜨끈한 것 같아(원래 열 많고 땀 많은 체질입니다) 체온을 재보니 37.3도였습니다. 그때부터 지금까지 37.5~37.7도 정도의 체온이 나옵니다. 그리고 일요일 오전에 응가를 했지만 오후에 설사를 또 했습니다. 하루 2똥은 자주 있는 일이지만 설사는 잘 안하거든요. 그렇다고 완전 물설사는 아니었고요. 오후 7시쯤 기저귀를 갈아주는데 항문이랑 그 주위가 시뻘겋게 되고 똥꼬의 주름이 엄청 길어지고 선명해졌습니다. 그 다음 기저귀 교환 때도 역시 비슷한 상태였습니다. 먹고 노는 데는 큰 지장이 없지만 가끔씩 엄청 보채고 먹다가 웩웩 하고 토하려는 행동 하고요(실제로 토하지는 않았습니다) 체온도 열난다기엔 애매하고 해서 열 패치만 붙이고 병원내원을 생각지 않다가, 똥꼬 빨개진 걸 보고 고민 끝에 8시쯤 주말에도 밤 10시까지 진료하는 인근 소아과에 전화해서 병원에 가야할지를 물었더니 간호사님이 엄마가 아이 상태를 보고 알아서 판단하시라며 지금 병원에 대기환자가 20명이 넘어서 너무 바쁘고 접수도 마감됐다고 끊네요. 8시 이후 제가 안은 채 눕혔더니 한 40분쯤 잘 잤습니다. 근데 갑자기 일어나서 엄청 보채고 울길래 결국 아까 전화한 병원에 갔습니다만 접수마감됐다고 해서 대기 중인 애기엄마들의 진단 및 처방만 실컷 듣고 왔습니다. 지금 애기가 잠들었긴 한데요, 잔다기보다 뻗은 것 같습니다. 내일 병원에 가보겠지만 의료넷에 먼저 여쭤보고 싶네요. 1. 해열제는 타이레놀과 맥시부펜 있는데요. 38도 안 넘어도 줘도 되나요? 37.5~37.7도를 오락가락하는데 사실 머리는 엄청 뜨겁습니다. 전체적으로 몸이 뜨겁진 않고 상반신만 뜨겁고 하반신은 오히려 차네요. 2. 항문 주위가 빨개진 원인은 뭘까요? 설사는 딱 한번이었고 막상 그때 응가씻어줄 때는 안 빨갰거든요. 그리고 이런 경우 비판텐 발라줘도 될까요? 3. 글만으로는 어렵겠지만 열이 나는 원인으로 짐작가는 게 있으실까요? 한달 반 전쯤에도 사흘간 고열이 있었는데 3일후 거짓말처럼 내리긴 했습니다만 그때 병원에서도 잘 모르겠다고 하셨네요. 아가가 원체 터프한지라 아파도 잘 노는 편이고 병원 가도 외출했다고 좋아하기 때문에 병원 가면 급 멀쩡해 보이고 열도 일시적으로 내리곤 합니다 ㅠ Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 이 게시판에 등록된 nottoomuch님의 최근 게시물 |

구역질하는 아기 - 아기가 구역질을 할 때는 몸에 이상이 생겼다고 보면 됩니다. 아주 가볍게는 그냥 두어도 좋은 것에서부터 심한 경우는 치료를 해야 할 정도까지 말입니다. 아이가 잘 먹고 잘 논다면 소화가 잘되는 음식을 먹이고 수분을 충분히 섭취시킨 다음 쉬게 하면서 조금 기다려 봅니다. 상태가 심하지 않은 경우라면 시간이 지나면서 회복되기도 합니다. 하지만 아기가 구역질 하면서 힘들어하거나 잘 먹지 않는다면 바로 소아과를 방문하는 것이 좋습니다.
참고로 저희집에서는 38도 이하는 미열로 생각해서 굳이 해열제까지는 먹이지는 않았습니다. 다만 체온 확인은 두 시간 단위로 주기적으로 했습니다.
