비전문가가 전문가들의 말의 신뢰도를 평가할 때 어떤 방법이 가장 최선일까요? 비전문가가 자기가 어떤 지식을 얻고자 하는 필요를 느끼는 해당 전문분야의 특정 이슈에 대해서, 자신이 거기에 대해서 전문적인 전공지식이나 현장경험을 쌓지 못했으므로, 여러 전문가들의 말을 참고하여 판단내릴 수밖에 없을텐데요.. 그런데 그 전문가들의 여러 의견들을 듣고서도 과연 그 말의 신뢰도, 타당성 등등을 어떻게 판단내리는 것이 그나마 그 비전문가 입장에서 최선의 합리적 입장이 될 것이냐-에 대한 질문입니다. case1) 순수한 의견 대립으로 보이는 두 전문가의 견해 차이가 있다. A전문가는 자기 판단에 a라고 주장한다. B전문가는 자기 판단에 b라고 주장한다. case2) 한 전문가는 뒤가 구리고, 다른 한 전문가는 그 전문성에 문제가 있는 것 같다. A전문가는 그 분야에서 상당히 높은 지식을 갖추었고 오랜 현장경험이 있지만 정치적이어서 혹은 이해관계가 얽혀 있어서 믿기가 그렇다.
