90년대 후반 닷컴 버블이 한창일때 '정보검색사'가 유망직종이였다고 합니다. 웹을 서핑 하면서 특정 주제에 적합한 사이트를 추천 해주는게 업무였다고 하네요. 그러나 막상 뚜껑을 열어보니 잘못된 예측이였죠. 정보통신기술이 발전한건 맞지만, '정보검색사'가 필요한 방향으로 발전은 아니였습니다. 그로부터 20년뒤인 현재 빅데이터가 화두입니다. 4차산업혁명, 융복합, SW, 코딩 등등 그리고 여기서 21세기 가장 섹시한 직업으로 '데이터 사이언티스트' 가 유망직종에 올랐죠. 업무는 데이터를 핸들링 하면서 특정 주제에 적합한 자료를 분석해 제시해 주는것이죠. '정보검색사'와 일견 비슷한 면이 있어보입니다. 이번에도 막상 뚜껑을 열어보면 다른 결과가 나올까요?
