네이버에 부쩍 북유럽? 식 칼퇴가 보장되고 저녁이 있는 삶을 찬미하는 콘텐츠들이 올라오네요; 저만 그런가.. 근데 저는 유럽 근처도 못가봐서 어떻게 사회 전체가 북유럽 식으로 움직이는지 잘 이해가 안 갑니다. 한국식 삶을 칭송하는 건 아니지만, 결국 야근 많고 일 많고 제대로 쉬지도 못하고... 그러는 건 결국 그 뿌리에 누군가의 '욕심'이 있다고 그냥 이해하고 수긍하는 편인데요, 예를 들면... 경영자의 한 푼 더 벌자는 욕심... 담당자의 일 더 잘 해보겠다는 욕심... 소비자의 더 편하겠다는 욕심 등등... 그런게 총체적으로 엮이고 엮여서 한국 사회 같이 쉬지 못하는 곳이 만들어지는 게 전 오히려 자연스러운 현상이라고 생각되거든요.. 인간이라면 다 욕심을 가지고 있는 게 자연스럽다고 생각하기도 하고요... 좋다는 건 아닙니다 물론.. 근데 유럽 저 동네 분들은 그런 욕심을 아무도 안 내는 건가요? 누구나 칼퇴하고 쉼을 충분히 보장 받으면서도 나라의 경쟁력은 뛰어난,,,, 그런 꿈같은 사회가 형성되어 있다는 게 도무지 이해가 안 가서요 ㅋㅋ 사회학적 구조 측면에서가 아니라... 그냥 구성원들의 마인드 자체에 욕심이 없는 건가? 그게 가능한가? 이런 게 궁금합니다. 북유럽분들을 비즈니스 측면으로 말고는 개인적으로 실제로 만나본 적도 없고 해서... 도대체 어떤 사람들인가, 라는 측면이 더 궁금해지는 거 같아요. 사업상 만나다보면 다 똑같이 잘 해보고자 열심을 내던데 말이죵 ㅎㅎ 그러고보니 덴마크였나 어디였나, 그쪽 청년이 사실 너네들이 생각하는 것처럼 여기가 좋은 동네가 아니야, 라는 글을 올렸던 게 인터넷에서 화제가 된 적도 있네요. 그게 날조라는 소문도 있었지만... 진실은 저 너머에... 북유럽에서 혹시 살아보신 분이 계시다면, 아니면 그쪽 분들을 좀 알고 계신 분들이 있으시다면, 전반적인 그 동네 정서나 분위기에 대해 설명해주실 수 있으실까요? 정말 그런 나라들은 천국 같아요? 5명 정도가 최종 서류 통과했고, (급여도 많은 편이고, 일은 어렵지 않고, 외국인비서라 영어 쓰기 좋고, 1년반짜리였지만... 암튼)
면접관으로 들어가면서 기존에 일하던 비서에게도 같이 가자고 했답니다. 어차피 너 밑에서 일할꺼니까 너도 봐야한다면서.
그 지원자 다섯명 대부분은 경력이 3~10년정도로 쟁쟁한 상황이었는데

면접 보고 나와서 그 선임비서가 정말 북유럽 사람들은 좀 생각하는게 다르긴 다르구나... 했다는 이야기.
(물론 그 휴학생도 빠릿빠릿 일 잘하고, 그 경력을 바탕으로 졸업후에 괜찮은데 취뽀했습니다)

한국인 비서 면접을 볼때 있었던 일입니다.

5명 정도가 최종 서류 통과했고, (급여도 많은 편이고, 일은 어렵지 않고, 외국인비서라 영어 쓰기 좋고, 1년반짜리였지만... 암튼)
면접관으로 들어가면서 기존에 일하던 비서에게도 같이 가자고 했답니다. 어차피 너 밑에서 일할꺼니까 너도 봐야한다면서.
그 지원자 다섯명 대부분은 경력이 3~10년정도로 쟁쟁한 상황이었는데
그 중에 대학교 4학년 휴학한 대학생이 끼어있었더랬죠.
근데 구스타프할배는 그 사람을 뽑자고 한거죠. 그래서 그 선임비서가
'아니 5년차 10년차 되는 사람도 어차피 급여는 비슷하게 나갈꺼고, 그 사람들이 검증된건 아니겠느냐.' 했더니
