DS216J를 사서 2개월째 사용중인데요. 심각한 문제에 봉착했습니다. 어느날부터 NAS 속도가 심각하게 느려진다 했더니, 인터넷 선 문제였습니다. 이거 점검을 받는 동안에 기사님이 무선 AP에 연결되어 있던 NAS 랜선을 뽑아서 모뎀에 연결하셨더군요. 그 이후로 PC에서 잡혀있던 네트워크 드라이브가 싹다 연결이 안됐습니다. 외부에서 접속하면 잘 잡히구요. 모바일이나 원격에선 잘 접속되는데, 정작 바로 옆에 연결된 데스크탑에선 인식을 못하고 인터넷 브라우저로 돌아돌아 들어가야하는 불상사가 생겼습니다. 그 이후로는 당췌 다시 네트워크 드라이브를 잡을 수가 없습니다. 일단 같은 네트워크 안에 연결되어 있어도 윈도우 네트워크 상에선 인식이 안되요. 시놀로지 어시스턴트에서는 서버 잘 뜨지만, 네트워크 드라이브 연결을 하려고 하면 경로를 찾을 수 없다고 나옵니다. 이도저도 안되서 리셋하고 다시 세팅하려고 했는데... 리셋스위치가 불량인지 작동하지 않습니다. oTL 대체 뭐가 문제인지 조그마한 팁이라도 구걸해봅니다. ㅠ_ㅠ > 네트워크 그룹명 확인했습니다. > NAS 설정에서 윈도우 네트워크 검색 설정 잘 되어 있습니다. > IP는 바뀐 듯 한데, 어떤 IP로 설정해주는게 좋을 지 몰라서 일단 자동으로 해두었습니다.
