일반치솔과 전동치솔을 모두 사용하시는 것을 추천해드립니다. 일반적으로 - 개개인의 식생활습관 - 구강위생지수 - 치아구조 등 에 따라 다르지만 본문에 열거하신 문장중에 < 음식물이 치아사이에 낀다 >는 말은 이미 치조골소실이 진행되기 시작해서 치조골관리를 해야하기 때문입니다. 1. 음식물이 끼기 시작하신다는 말은 치아를 감싸고 있는 치조골이 서서히 녹기 시작한다는 말입니다. 치아는 우리의 눈에 보이는 부분과 우리의 육안으로 볼수없는 부분으로 나뉘어집니다. 눈에 보이는 부분이 1/3이라면 눈에 안보이는 부분, 즉 뿌리부분이 2/3 정도 되는겁니다. 2. 눈에 보이는 부분은 일반적인 치솔로 쉽게 음식물제거를 할수는 있습니다. 그러나 우리가 집에서 손설겆이를 해도 냄비나 접시뒷면같은 경우는 잘 닦지못하듯이 눈에 보이는 치아부분은 일반적인 치솔로 열심히 닦아도 60-70%만 음식물 제거가 됩니다.남은 30-40%는 치태(齒苔,plaque), 치석(齒石, calculus)로 변화되어 치면에 남게 됩니다. 이 과정은 각자의 잇솔질 방법여하에 따라 많이 형성되기도 하고 적게 형성되기도 하는 많은 개인차가 있습니다. 이 개인차를 대략 표본추출하여 통계를 낸 수치에 따라서 1년에 1-2회 치석제거를 권하는 겁니다. 4. 바나나 껍질이 조금 벌어져 있는 경우는 일반적인 치솔로도 쉽게 음식물찌거기를 손쉽게 제거 가능합니다. 깊이가 깊지않기때문이죠. 하지만 눈에 보이는 않는 부분까지 이미 음식물이 들어가기 시작하면 우리는 음식물찌꺼기를 쉽게 닦을수 없어요. 잇몸이 건강하다는 말은 바나나껍질부분이 적게 벌어졌다고 가정하시면 되겠고 치솔모가 잇몸속으로 들어가게 해서 치아면을 치솔로 닦으면 되니까요. 5. 하지만 치조골이 진행되기 시작하면, 설명드린 바나나껍질부분이 벗겨져 바나나알맹이와 너덜너덜해지기기 시작한 껍질( 잇몸 ) 사이에 음식물이 끼지 시작하면 일반치솔모로는 닦기기 쉽지 않아요. 이 부분은 전동치솔를 이용하는 것이 보다 효과적입니다. 6. 구강구조및 상태는 전 세계모든 인구의 어느 한사람과 같은 구조가 없습니다. 거기에 식생활이 연관되어서 이분화를 하기 어렵습니다. 7. 저는 한국나이 49세인데 현재 저는 전동치솔은 아직 사용하고 있지 않습니다. 이유는 인용한 바나나껍질이 벗겨진 부분이 아직은 매우 적기때문에 일반치솔로도 제 치아에 남아있는 음식물을 제가 일반치솔과 치실, 치간치솔만으로도 제거가능하므로 아직 미사용중입니다. 하지만 향후 5년이내에 사용할 예정입니다. 지금 우리집쌍둥이가 만6세가 되어 제 1대구치가 맹출되어, 우리집쌍둥이의 제 1대구치 씹는면( 교합면)은 전동치솔로 제가 닦아줍니다. 8. 일반치솔+ 치실 + 치간치솔을 반드시 병행하시는 것도 권해드리고 9. 8번이 잘 실행된 상황에서 더불어서 전동치솔까지 함께하면 참으로 만족되는 치아상태를 유지할수 있으며 10. 9번을 매우 잘 하고 있는 상태에서 1년에 한번 치면세마를 하시면 됩니다. 9번처럼 하면 치석이 생성되기 어렵습니다. 그래서 plaque 제거를 의미하는 치면세마만 하시면 됩니다.
