초3 아이인데, 풀배터리 검사를 받고 경계성 ADHD 라고 판정을 받았습니다. 과잉행동이 없는 집중력 장애라고 합니다. 검사리포트를 가지고 주변 정신의학과 가셔서 약물치료를 받아볼 것을 권유 하시더라고요. 심하지 않으니 6개월에서 1년정도 하면 될거라고.. 그래서 동네 정신의학과가서 메디키넷 리타드 10mg 을 일주일 처방 받았습니다. 일주일 먹어보고 조정하자고 하는데요. 약을 먹은지 며칠 안되었지만 담임선생님 말로는 수업시간에 멍하니 있는 경우가 줄었고, 수업시간에 내주는 과제를 다 못해서 남아서 하는 경우가 거의 매일 이었는데 요 며칠은 없다고 합니다. 저희 아이가 자스다보니 학교에서 저희 아이같은 학생들에게 ADHD약을 권하는 경우가 많다는 이야기를 듣고 좀 찾아봤었는데,
ADHD 약을 보통 방학 시즌에 많이들 검사하고 약물 복용을 시작한다고 합니다.
아이들마다 너무 달라서 아이한테 맞는 약을 찾는데 시간이 꽤 소요되는 경우도 있다보니..
그래서 말씀하신 약은 어느걸 더 많이 쓰는지는 중요하지 않고, 결국 처방해주는 병원과 아이 상태를 계속 지켜보시면서 맞춰가는게 좋다고 하더라구요.
투여 기간에 대해서도 결국 전문가분이 더 잘아실거라...모쪼록 최대한 빠르게 아이가 괜찮아지길 바랍니다.
