안녕하세요, 저는 제 어금니 신경치료 실패 후 2년여간 고생하다가 치아 재식술(이를 뽑았다 치료 후 다시 심는 술)이란 것을 했었는데요, 임플란트는 아직 너무 하기 아까워서 이 치료를 택하게 되었었습니다. 판교의 한 개인치과에서 수술 후 현재 회복 중인데, 아직은 다 회복되지 않아서 잘 되어가고 있는지 궁금하고, 앞으로 계속 장기적으로 잘 쓸 수 있을가에 대한 걱정과 염려가 있습니다. 왜냐면 치과 의사가 환자를 그렇게 생각해주지 않는 것 같은 느낌이 들어서요. 치료 도중 문제 이 외의 다른 이가 깨졌는데 이에 대해서도 환자 탓만 해서 좀 기분이 나빴습니다. 재식술이란 것이 치근단을 절제를 하고 다시 치아를 심는 시술이더라구요. 치아 끝에 감염 방지를 위해서라더나 뭐라더나. 아무튼 날카로운 치아 뿌리를 뭉뚝하게 좀 갈아내는 것이 치근단 절제술인것 같습니다. 저는 치근단을 절제한 것을 수술 후에야 알았어요. 이에 대한 의사의 설명이 없었거든요. 문제는 치근단 절제를 하면 조금 치아의 힘이 약해진다고 하더라구요. 아무래도 있던 것을 없앤것이니 좀 더 치아가 약해지겠죠. 하지만 이런 설명을 들었다면 비싼 돈(170만)을 내고 시술을 할 것인지 좀 더 고민을 해보았을 것 같습니다. 아무튼 제일 큰 문제인 수술 한 이는 현재 수술 후 4달이 경과하였는데 아직 질긴 것을 씹으면 통증이 있습니다. 엑스레이 상으론 많이 회복된 듯 보이지만 아직 통증이 있어 완전히 회복하려면 시간이 더 걸릴지, 괜찮은 것인지 잘 모르겠어요. 다만 큰 통증은 아니라 조금씩 회복되어 가는 것처럼 보이기도 합니다. 보통 치주 잇몸이 회복하는데 얼마정도 걸리는지 아시는 분 있을까요? 저는 큰 돈을 들였으니 10년~20년은 썼으면 좋겠는데요. 또 치과에서는 문제가 되면 as로 책임(다시 수술해주거나 무료로 임플란트를 해준다)져준다는 걸 유튜브에 공지해 놓았던데, 막상 가서 물어보면 정확한 as 기간은 말을 안해줍니다. 서로 간에 신뢰가 깨졌으면 오래가긴 힘들지 않을까... 싶습니다. 해당 부위에 A/S 는 해당 병원에서 받으시되 장기적으론 다른 신뢰가 가는 병원으로 가심이 좋아보입니다.
10년~20년 쓸 수 있을지는 모르겠고, A/S를 받아보시되 다음 번엔 임플란트도 각오하셔야하지 않나 싶습니다. 회복은 1년까지도 걸릴 수 있을 거 같아요.
보통은 대학병원에서 하는 시술이라고 하네요.
