약 2년 전에 어깨로 넘어져서 오른쪽 어깨를 심하게 다친 적이 있습니다. 회전근을 다쳤다는 진단을 받았습니다. 일주일 정도는 팔을 못 들어올려서 밥도 제대로 못 먹을 정도였고.. 손목 돌리는 게 힘들어서 문열고 닫는 것도 부담스러운 그런 정도였습니다. 당시 어깨 다친 적이 있었냐? 해서 17년 즈음에 수영하다가 스위머즈 숄더를 진단 받아서 치료를 좀 받았고 (느낌 상으로는) 완치됐었다고 했는데, 그 다쳤던 이력 때문에 넘어져서 다시 악화되었을 거다라는 설명을 들었습니다. 워낙 바쁘기도 하고 당시 병원이 노골적으로 비싼 주사만 권유하는 느낌이고... 처음 갔던 병원 치료를 중단했습니다. (주사 가격 자체가 문제라기보단.. 당시 무릎도 같이 다쳐서 걸을 때도 불편함이 있어서 무릎도 좀 봐주세요 했는데 어깨가 급하지 무릎은 안 급하다 하며 봐주지도 않는 이런 비슷한 게 좀 여러 개가 있었어서..) 병원 다른 곳을 알아봐서 가야지 했는데 시간도 없는데 마땅히 어디가 좋을지도 잘 모르겠고 일상 통증은 남아 있었지만 익숙해지니 또 그럭저럭 살 수는 있는 수준이라.. 어영부영 치료를 안 받게 되었습니다. 반년 정도 지나서 거의 괜찮아 지긴 했는데 (병원도 못 다니고 일만 한 게 지금 생각해보면 제정신이 아니었던 것 같네요.) 그 뒤로 일상이 불편한 건 아니지만 일상에서 간혹, 정말 간혹 통증이 느껴지긴 했습니다. 시간이 좀 많아지면서 지금이라도 다시 병원에 가볼까?도 싶었는데 정말 일주일에 한두번 정도 가끔씩 오는 통증이라, 이걸 굳이 병원에 가야 되나? 하는 생각이 들었어요. 이제 본 질문으로 들어가서.. 그러다가 지난 주말에.. 그냥 침대에 기댄 채로 손으로 이불을 쥐고 끌어올리는데, 갑자기 어깨 통증이 왔어요. 다친 곳이 아팠다라는 느낌보다는 아픈 곳을 다쳤다하는 느낌이었어요. 그 이후로 통증 오는 빈도가 높아졌고, 손목을 90도 정도 돌리는 건 괜찮은데 180도 정도 돌리면 우드득 소리와 함께 통증이 꽤 옵니다. 그래서 병원을 가려고 하는데, 일단 가까운 거리에 깔끔한 병원이 두 곳이 있는데.. 어디를 가면 좋을지 모르겠습니다. 일단 집에서 가까운 건 신경외과 하나와 재활의학과 하나입니다. 신경외과가 더 가깝고 깔끔한 느낌이라 신경외과 쪽이 끌리긴 하는데 신경외과, 재활의학과, 정형외과.. 정확히 어떤 때 어디를 골라야 하는지 잘 모르겠어요. 1. 신경외과 - 마취통증의학과 전문의 1명, 신경외과 전문의 1명 2. 재활의학과 - 재활의학과 전문의 1명 3. 근처에는 없지만 정형외과를 찾아가야 하나? 일단 제가 선호하는 순서는 (오직 거리 기준으로) 1,2,3입니다. 일상 생활이 어려울 정도의 증상은 아니라 아주 급할 건 없으니, 고견을 듣고 참고해서 가보려고 합니다. 감사합니다.
