  안녕하세요. 임상시험 실험자 모집에 참가할 예정이라서 익명으로 물어보는 점 양해부탁드립니다. 우연히 임상시험 실험자 모집글을 봤는데, 완료시 지급하는 금액이 생각보다 커서 솔깃도 하고, 비용 때문에 망설이기도 해서 의료관계자분이 있으면 한 번 조언을 구해 봅니다. 생동성 시험이 아니라, 임상시험이고 임상은 생동성보다는 좀 더 리스크가 크다고 해서 조금 고민입니다. 시험약은 효능효과 설명을 보니 아마 고혈압약 + 고지혈증약 인거 같더군요. 시험일정은 먼저 스크리닝으로 적합한 피험자를 모집하고, 2박3일 일정을 2주 간격으로 4회 한다음, 그 다음날과 다다음날 아침에 방문해서 검사, 외래방문을 총 8번 하는 것으로 좀 많이 번거롭긴 합니다. 제가 취준생이라서 소화 가능한 일정... 그런데 제가 궁금한 점은... 높은 보수액이 약 자체가 일반인이 복용하기에 위험한 약이라서 그런걸까요... 아니면 이것저것 검사가 많고 일정이 번거로워서 그런걸까요... 고혈압약 + 고지혈증약을 한 알 복용하고, 2주간 텀을 두고, 그것을 4번 반복해서 총 4알 복용하는 건데, 제 생각에는 고혈압약 + 고지혈증약을 2주 간격으로 해서, 6주 기간동안에 총 4알 복용하는 것이 일반인에게 그렇게 큰 리스크가 될 것 같지는 않은데, 예상보다 큰 보수액이 또 맘에 걸리고요.. 일단 생동성 시험이 아니라 임상시험이기도 하고, 금액이 클수록 약 리스크가 위험할 수 있다고 들어서.... 여튼 그래서 망설이고 있습니다. 보수액이 큰게, 실험일정이 4번이나 참가하고 다소 번거로워서 그런걸까, 아니면 저 약 자체가 리스크가 큰 약이라서 그런걸까... 약 성분에 대해서 꼼꼼히 읽긴 했지만 의학관계자가 아닌 저로서는 알 수가 없네요. 혹시 저 약 성분에 대해 아시는 의학관계자 분 있으면, 저 약이 위험한 약인지, 그 정도는 아닌 약인지 알려주시면 정말 감사드리겠습니다!(__) 서울에는 비가 오는데 오늘 좋은 하루 되시길 바랍니다.
