혹시라도 하는 마음에 익명을 걸었습니다. 규정에 어긋난다면 처분받겠습니다. 우선 저는 팀장급이고 대화가 필요한 상대는 3년차 직원입니다. 최대한 제 생각이나 감정을 빼고 사실 위주로 적어보겠습니다. 이 친구는 위에서 내려온 내용과 팀장인 제가 느끼는것과 같이 일하는 동료의 내용으로는 우선 3년차 경력에 비해 퍼포먼스가 너무 떨어집니다... 그것도 문제인데 더 큰 문제는 일에 집중을 안하는 느낌입니다. 그래서 불필요한 예비동작이 많고 수차례 동일한 지적을 받아도 여전히 개선이 되지 않고 있습니다. 그로 인해 위에서 지적을 계속 받고 있습니다. 사실 1~2년차부터 누적된 내용인데, 이친구가 20대 중반인데 착하고 인성은 좋아서 위에서는 계속 다독이며 키워보라고 했었거든요. 우연인지 비슷한 연령대에서 들어왔던 친구들이 회사사람들이랑 가치관들이 충돌하거나 인성이 안좋거나 해서 전임자 서너명이 그만둔 상태라 위에서는 팀장이 잘 좀 케어해봐라 하는 상황입니다. 그런데 여전히 맡은 일에서 퍼포먼스가 뒤져서 최근들어 소위 말하는 껀수를 많이 쳤습니다. 어제도 그랬는데 여전히 개선하라고 하는 부분들이 개선이 되지 않고 마이웨이를 걷는데 그래서 일이 잘 되면 상관없는데, 비슷한 문제가 발생하고 본인도 알고는 있습니다. 그런데 바뀌는 모습이 없어서 어제는 위에서 야 혹시 자진퇴사하면 실업급여 청구 못한다고해서 일부러 해고를 당하려고 하는거 아냐? 라는 말이 나올 정도입니다. 회사는 규모는 작지만 분위기는 최대한 써포트를 해주고 당사자 입장에서 대화를 하는 분위기인데 연차가 있다보니 이제 상황이(업무에 차질) 안 좋아지고(직원평가) 있습니다. 오늘은 거의 마지막 기회로 대화의 장을 가질 것 같은데 (동일한 개선 요구로 올 해 5차례 이상 면담함) 정말로 일하기 싫은데 억지로 다니고 있는걸까요? ㅜㅜ 내성적이라 자신의 생각을 잘 말하지 않아서 팀장인 저도 대화가 힘든 상황입니다. 본인은 회사 안에서 더 성장하고 급여도 많이 받고 싶다고 하는데 하는 행동을 보면 입사할때와 거의 변한게 없거든요... 시킨일도 발전의 모습이 보이지 않습니다. 이 친구의 담당 업무는 웹디자인입니다. 그리고 디자인팀의 선임자들은 있는 상태입니다. 선임자들의 불만이 큰 상황입니다. 저와 선임자들이 비전을 제시하고 본인들 노하우를 알려주고 구체적으로 메모해서 전달을 해도 따르지 않고 있는 상황입니다. 일단 눈동자에 힘과 의욕이 없어보이는 ㅜㅜ 차라리 땡깡을 피우면 권고사직등의 방법도 있는데 본인 말과 행동이 달라서 그냥 능력이 여기까지인가 하는 의문입니다. 그래서 이 친구 연차에 안맞는 초년생들 하는 업무위주로 하다보니 업무 지시하면 속도나 퀄리티 때문에 데드라인 넘어가면 선임자들이 걍 이어받아 하거든요. 어제는 그래서 끝까지 해보라고 하다가 큰일날뻔해서;; 위에서는 그럴거면 걍 그 업무들은 신입이나 알바로 할까? 이번에 대화해보고 결정하자고 합니다. 대신 놓치는 부분 없이 대화하라고... 3년차 연봉 협상 때 대표님이 파이팅 하자고 돈만큼 확실한 비전제시는 없다고 좀 크게 협상했거든요. 그런데 직원은 처음 회사문 열고 들어올때와 별반 다르지 않는 모습이라 문제가 되는 상황입니다. 아마 제가볼 때 어떤 결정이 나던지 거의 마지막 면담같은데 혹시 제가 놓치는 부분이 있거나 생각하지 못하는 부분이 있는지 해서 익명으로 글을 남겨봅니다. 정말 그만두고 싶은데 실업급여나 갈만한데가 없어서 그런건가 하고요... 같은 직군중에서는 그래도 쏘쏘한 회사긴 합니다. 3년동안 야근 제로 비교적 높은 연봉 등등 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 133 Warning: Use of undefined constant no - assumed 'no' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 146 Warning: Use of undefined constant vote - assumed 'vote' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home/redtea/html/a_skin/bbsd/view.php on line 161 0 |

전 팀 막내가 정확히 이런 타입이더군요. 말 그대로 일일히 시켜야 그대로 하는데 안 시키면 걍 아예 아무것도 안하는 수준에 시키는 것도 진짜 디테일하게 시켜야 겨우 맘에 들게 일하는 수준... 근데 또 일 욕심은 많아요. 웃긴건 그런데 일은 안하고 새 프로젝트로 성과 떼어주겠다고 제안해도 안함....
해결책은 딱히 없는거 같습니다. 원래 그런사람을 바꾸기는 힘들죠.
제가 팀장이라면 걍 퇴사 권유하거나 인사팀과 상의해서 권고사직 때릴거 같습니다.
아니면 계속 승진 안시키고 고과를 바닥으로 깔던가요.
