혹시나 회사가 오픈될 수 있어서 익명으로 씁니다. 지금 신입사원을 3개월 또는 6개월 인턴으로 뽑고 6개월후에 최소 50%를 떨어트리고 있습니다. 올해 신입 TO가 10명이면 20명 뽑고 계약기간 끝나면 최소 10명은 정규직 채용이 안됩니다. 기존 직원들은 이런거 없이 수습기간은 있었지만 바로 정규직 채용 되었던지라 이런 제도에 불만이 많습니다. 취준생들 3~6개월 인턴으로 쓰다 짜르면 시간낭비하게 하는거 아니냐고 합니다. 인턴 배치 및 정규직 채용도 어떤 기준인지 모르겠는데, 충원이 필요한 부서에는 인턴도 안주거나 인턴을 줬다가 정규직 전환안하고 짜르고, 급해보이지 않는 팀에 배치한 인턴은 채용하고... 일단 공식적으로는 계약기간말에 팀장 평가를 하고 인사팀에서 다시 면담을 하긴 합니다. 이렇게 뽑힌 후배 사원들에게 물어봐야, 이 친구들은 정식 채용이 된거니 나쁜 말은 안하는데.. 이런 절차가 없었던 대리들에게 물어보면 회사가 양아치짓 한다고 합니다. 3~6개월 인턴이라고 해봐야 그냥 교육만 시키면 다 지나가는데, 정작 정규직 채용이 안되는 일이 빈번하니, 이제는 가뜩이나 바쁜데 채용 될지도 안될지도 모르는 애를 뭐하러 교육시키냐 하는 분위기 입니다. 이런 경우가 흔한가요? 일단, 인턴들에게는 신입 정규직 대비 90% 준다고는 하고, 인턴하다가 그만두는 사람이 한 20% 정도 됩니다. 20명 뽑았는데, 3~4명 그만두고 6-7명은 계약 끝나면 짤리네요.
