(내용이 다소 부끄러운 내용이라 익명으로 한 점 양해바랍니다) 최근 생활에서 수면패턴이 꼬여서 큰 걱정입니다. 최근 새벽 3~4시에 잠들어서 아침 10시~11시 넘어서야 일어나는 습관이 들었네요. 휴일에는 아예 4시 너머에 자고 12시 넘어서 일어나는걸 보니 제 수면 리듬이 평균보다 3~4시간 늦게 맞춰진 것 같습니다. 부모님과 같이 살 때는 어머니가 깨워주시니까 이런 문제가 없었는데, 최근에는 혼자 독립을 하다 보니 이 문제가 심해졌습니다. 알람을 8시 정도에 맞추고, 어머니가 오전에 모닝콜을 해주셔서도 모닝콜 받은 뒤, 혹은 알람을 끈 뒤 또 잠들어서 10시 넘어서 일어납니다. 출근하는 회사가 재량 근무제를 시행하고 있어서 큰 문제는 없다고 생각했는데 오전 늦게 출근을 하다보니 오전에 연락이나 업무가 마비되어 종종 문제가 되는거 같습니다. 회사가 재량근무제라도 보통 많은 직원분들은 9-6의 범위에 가깝게 오는데, 저는 11시 넘어서야 출근하는 경우가 많거든요. 공식적으로는 문제가 아니지만, 업무를 진행하다보니 종종 문제가 생기는 것 같습니다. 회사 상사께도 아까 소환되어서 최근 맨날 늦게 오는데, 이러다보니 업무에 지장도 많이 생기는거 같다고 혼났네요. 방법이 없을까요? 검색해보니 '수면위상지연증후군'이라고 일종의 병일 수도 있다는 내용은 있는데 치료까지 고민을 해봐야 할지 모르겠습니다. 가능하면 치료 없이 자력으로 극복하고 싶은데요. 수면패턴 돌리기 위해서 멜라토닌 성분의 약을 먹는것도 방법입니다.(교대근무자, 비행기조종사들이 먹...)
저도 대학생때 비슷한 패턴이었는데...수면패턴을 앞으로 당기기보다는 늦추는게 쉬운걸로 압니다.
아예 주말을 이용해서 늦게 잠들면서 생활패턴을 다음날로 넘기는 방법도 있구요.
금요일점심기상-토요일아침취침-토요일밤기상 -일요일낮취침-월요일새벽기상 식으로
(그런데 늦춰서 맞춰놔도 또다시 늦춰져버렷...ㅠㅠ)
